Hi I recently bought a pair of these to use along side my pioneer ddjsx set up I updated the software via usb I put some music onto a usb stick but I have to put the input in naming the album and songs I use a wirelsss keyboard with my iMac 5k so how do I name the music files as one video I seen on KZread the guy used a keyboard guessing I have to buy a ps/2 type keyboard plugged into the denon decks ?

Not an Ethernet cable. . You need Cat5E ethernet/broadband is Cat6. Dont worry EVERYBODY makes the same mistake.

the reason that you update thesedecks is because they bring out improvements to the deck the lastest update is v2100 i think which has improved loads including the pitch, so beat matching will be just that little bit more accurate with less effort plus they have now added the ability to use mp3 cds aswell as aduio cds.hope this helped

Hey thanks for your tutorial ! @ others I think the update is to make your player able to play mp3 disc's...but I'm not 100% sure about that.

please someone answer, my denon dns1200 has 110v written on the back.. ive used it with 240v before and nothing happened but it was just a couple of min.. so should i keep on using it with 240v or what?! please answer.

Just unzip the file you downloaded. Inside will be the BIN file and also a PDF instruction file. Put the BIN file on a thumb drive and do as the video instructs.

the midi is probaly good but i had some problems trying it out with my cds at the shop

You forgot to mention that the downloaded file must be unzipped first.

for me update firmware didn't work with 4GB usb stick, but when I copied .bin file on 512MB memory stick update firmware works fine. Tnx for video.

de update it's easy ,this are the steps. 1.download into the pc de denon dns 1200 update 2.this update is in a zip folder.extract the files. 3. look for the file S1200FW BIN FILE 4.send it to the memory flash drive. and then fallow the steps from the video, i hope this be a good help.

extract the file is the same than unzip

i just upgraded my player it was pretty easy i used a 4gb memory stick.
