Dennis Taylor Funny Snooker Exhibition Trick Shots 1984
Just after winning the 1984 Rothmans Grand Prix (a few months before winning his epic World Title in 1985 against Steve Davis) Dennis Taylor came back out to the arena to entertain the crowd with a few trick shots.

Still work with Dennis to this day, fitting tables for exhibitions. He’s still as funny and a great guy.
Dennis Taylor. Truly the funniest man ever to pick up a snooker cue. Nearly 40 years on this is still hilarious.
Loved watching this man on tv in the day. Should bring them back. Players nowadays are too serious.
What a Class Act and Premium Entertainer and Lovely Man !
Dennis Taylor was always a very funny and witty entertainer in the exhibition matches. All the same, who'd have ever predicted back then that Steve "Interesting" Davis would eventually be revealed as being perhaps even more naturally comedic and entertaining himself.
Makes me proud to be sitting in my flat in Ipswich watching this, Suffolk humour is kind but dry and sarcastic, it's born from being working class and never letting people get too big headed. Love Dennis. I reckon these little bonus things should be brought back....and I really think Ronnie would be great at it, he was born to entertain. Come on BBC !
Dennis Taylor, great player, great entertainer, great personality.
Loved watching Dennis and John Virgo when i was a kid...fine snooker player, and great entertainer.
He is brilliant! A real character
haha, awesome skills plus great comedic delivery. i would certainly go watch such a show. very entertaining
That toilet joke was top class XD
Biggest snooker personality about! Love this man!
I believe this took place after he won the Rothmans Grand Prix with a session to spare. Absolute class!
Wow i still remember seeing this on TV nearly 40 years ago! Scary how the time goes!
I actually liked those Irish jokes
Master of snooker and comedy.
ah, the snooker personalities of the past, love 'em
Very entertaining man our Dennis..
This was very good then and honestly even funnier now. For me . Thank you for posting this.
We used to have fun....no PC brigade to spoil it for everyone then.
