Denim Coach Cassie 19 Unboxing - Two Defects!! Can you spot before I do? 😭
Since the coach denim collection has been all the rage this spring, I decided to get a Cassie 19 from the collection. Unfortunately, my bag came with two defects (listed below so dont scroll down until you watch)! The local Dillards of course does not have another one.
I am bummed out, but I have now ordered the same bag from Amazon so wish me luck!

Defects on Cassie 19 in this video (down here so it’s not a spoiler…)
Defect 1 - loose thread loop on the top of the flap
Defect 2 - lining edge and glazing are now properly lined up with edge of flap

Yeah, I returned it but ended up replacing it so everything worked out in the end!!
Looks like a return. You should return it as well.

I returned it! I didn’t want the loose string and the weird edge of the flap. I did end up getting a new one, and it’s perfect!!
What a cute bag! Were you ever able to find another one???
