@@nothing.5715 we all know who is strong. But they dont get the recognition and fame. Its mainly because we are from north east. Speaking about Mizoram, we have all the Indian CoC, IaF, BCAI, Police Meet Ect, how come Sachin, Aryan, Akash, Kaushik, Harman, ect have all the fame and support from the people and the organisations. Assam and Mizoram have the strongest in each weight and how come we dont get selected for Asian Championship and all of those events. Its a huge discrimination to be honest. Come recognise who is strong and select them to compete for Asia and world.

A lot depends on the musculo-skeletal structure. How strong it is growing up depends on genetics and nurture from a very young age. If growing up the kids are very physical and carrying heavy loads regularly they become strong. Of course mental strength plays important role but it is after the fact i.e., after developing physical strength to begin with.
