Denali National Park, Alaska | Day 1 | Tundra Wilderness Tour | Bear Encounter | Alaskan Wildlife

This is our day 1 at Denali National Park where we did a Tundra Wilderness Tour. We booked this tour via denalireserve.com. Per adult cost for this tour is $141.25 which includes a 5-6 hours guided tour through the Denali National Park & Preserve and a snack box+water. Spotting wild life on the tour is exciting and fun and we got lucky to spot porcupines, dall sheep, moose, grizzly bear and much more.
Denali National Park strives to preserve their wildlife and nature and are strict about feeding animals or garbage disposal. We appreciated how much they care about preservation and not affecting the eco system.
There are trails to hike at the park. You can take a tour of the visitors center and pick up a map from there to check out the different trail options with various difficulty levels. Always carry warm clothes (yes! even in summer) as the weather in Denali is always pretty chilly. Most of us had our beanies, jackets and gloves on, especially if you plan to hike the trails.
More to come on Denali in our part 2 of the video where we see sled dog demonstration and pet the Alaskan Huskies.
