It goes without saying that there are loads of incredibly talented dancers on Drag Race (Brooklyn, Lemon etc). What sets Denali apart is that she's a choreographer as well as a dancer. Brooklyn and Lemon are beautiful dancers with amazing technique but their lip syncs never wowed me like this! Everything Denali does is cohesive and she tells a story! She gives off a Tatianna and Alyssa Edwards vibe and I'm here for it. Obviously this is my own personal opinion so you're allowed to disagree.

The producers set up that only 1 queen will win per lipsync battle to start drama. Lala was great I'm not discounting her win what I'm saying is 2 people won the lipsync. If it was like a normal lipsync for your life at the middle of the season Denali performing successfully in ice skates would've been commended by the judges and would warrant a double save.

Before I saw her lip sync with Kamora I honestly thought she would be one of those queens who rely on tricks and are repetitive but when I watched it I realised she's genuinely one of the best queens with rhythm

I am willing to say that Denali's lip sync here is the tightest and the most well choreographed in the history of drag race. It didn't look like some random dance moves at all, i mean it was so clean and up to the beat. I am just amazed!

Oh and if you remember, Aja (while wearing a samurai suit) used his moves in the Talent show of AS3. He was a "butch drag queen" though, similar to Nina Flowers & Joey Jay, bc he liked bending & blending both genders into one. His dance style influenced Madonna's Vogue song & music video, and the way models would pose on the runway. It was bc of him that ballroom was elevated to include dance battling while lip syncing. Denali is great for TV shows because she's giving face and poses and the camera catches that. Meanwhile I think Rose is great for live performances because her movement is so big and exaggerated

Not only Is the song better, but the queens where much More prepared during rehearsals, the runways were much better (mini challenge + main stage) the banter & werkroom Time was MUCH More enjoyable and they all truly felt comfortable in that main stage... They completely ATE the first group, i wish they could have seen this performance in real Time just so they shut their mouths about "winning" a lipsynch lmaoooo

If Denali makes it to the top 4 she would PERFECTLY lip sync her way to the crown!!!!!

For me, Tamisha Iman was the highlight of the episode. Yes, she was a little more laidback when she danced, but her looks and verse were SO GOOD, and I found her very confident and regal when she danced. It did not look forced. I also find her incredible as a person.
