Yes that’s inward bass, what you do is inward vocal fry….. Try chest bass (growl) and then inward, if you gag then you are at the right track , also hurts your throat heavy in the beginning. Keep it up 🔥

What you do btw is an inward vocal fry, inward bass is chest bass inwards. That’s how I learned it at least, I practiced everyday walking to and from school when I was younger 😂. I just did chest bass out and when you pull in your throat muscles will be tighter than chest bass. The vocal fry you do is a lose vibration, inward bass is a very thick and tight sound.
