Dems Secure Senate Majority | Elon’s Hardcore Sleepover | QAnon’s German Coup Plot

With Raphael Warnock’s win in Georgia, Democrats have secured a 51-49 majority in the Senate. In San Francisco, Elon Musk is making Twitter employees sleep at the office, and in Germany authorities rounded up dozens of people suspected of plotting to overthrow the government.

@@claressalucas8922 It's entirely irrelevant who won. There are microplastics in the rain. The entire planet's water supply is toxic, and it's only becoming more and more polluted day after day with no end in sight because no one cares. So, fucking hooray for Warnock and Georgia and Democrats. There is a US government video called *Hemp for Victory* on an official US government website that teaches Americans how to grow Cannabis Sativa to defend our country during World War II. It was banned from history books and public broadcasts for 45 years after World War II and has been ignored for over 30 years since it became public, all to wage the war on drugs and turn police into soldiers against the American people. Barely anyone knows about the film, and even fewer people care. But the video proves that Republicans and Democrats have lied to all of us for our entire lives. I'm 44. The film became public before I was even in high school. I've been hopelessly telling people about it for 15 years. One worthless politician, Democrat or Republican, should tell you about this so that maybe you'll listen, but they won't. They've had 32 years to say the words *"Hemp for Victory"* into a tv camera or microphone. They won't. There was even a bill in Congress titled HR 3652, the *Hemp for Victory Act of 2019.* There is an official US Congressional link to that bill on everyone's cellphones. Not a word about it from any of them. There is absolutely no hope at all.

“In democracies, the 51% rules over the 49% and has total control. The 51% can do whatever it wants, because in democracies there are not structures in place to protect individual rights. If 51% vote to steal your bike, you are without a bike. If 51% vote to kill you, you are out of a life. It does not matter if it is right or not, what the majority says is what happens… A republic is different though, and it operates for the protection of the individual against the majority when they get out of control. It is very important to protect the rights of the individual in a political system, for that is how governments are limited in their power and scope. Democracies provide arbitrary power to governments, giving them prerogative to do anything as long as “it’s what the people want.” In a free society, this is unacceptable.

Democracy failed a long time ago but none of you want to see video proof from the US Federal government, so you go on believing the lie that you're a free country based on principles and ethics. There is a US government video on a US government website that teaches Americans how to grow "Marihuana" to defend our country. It's called *Hemp for Victory.* It was made by the US Dept of Agriculture in 1942. The license to grow Cannabis that is shown in the film reads, "Producer of Marihuana." This was only five years after "Marihuana" was outlawed. The US government and corporate mass media banned the film from history books and public broadcasts after World War II in order to brainwash everyone with anti-marijuana drug war lies. No one voted for that. *Hemp for Victory* has been available to the voting public from the US National Archives since 1990, but your teachers would be fired for telling you about it, your parents have never heard of it, and every politician and media pundit is a God-damned liar, so how is anyone supposed to learn about this or figure out why it's important? Police have been beating and killing Americans over the same "Marihuana" plant that was legalized to stop the Holocaust, and video proof of this is on everyone's cellphones at an official US Federal government website, and no one notices or cares even while millions of Americans across the country are voting to "legalize" Cannabis (but only for corporate profit) while complaining online about the rise of right-wing fascism. The answer is just a click away at an official government website, paid for by your tax dollars, but no one cares. So, whoever gets elected, everyone lost before we were even born. There are microplastics in raindrops. The entire planet's water supply is polluted and will be for thousands of years. No matter who wins any election, the only habitable planet in known existence utterly lost. Welcome to reality. You're not free and your votes don't make any difference.

It's embarrassing that the race in Georgia was so close. I listened to an interview with one of Walker's supporters who said he voted for Walker because he was "honest and a Christian," which is laughable, since Walker was caught lying so often and his opponent was a literal pastor. It reminded me of those who said they voted for Trump because he was a Christian, when it was obvious he had never willingly opened a bible, while his opponent used to teach Sunday school.

He doesn't need to open a bible since he's friends with two Corinthians! 😂 In all seriousness, you are absolutely right. It's truly sad (not to say pathetic) how a faux-Christian veneer apparently is enough to dupe these folks. Or how they have so massive partisan blinders on to not realize that the actual pastor is the better option. Hell, I'm an atheist and I'd gladly vote for Warnock because he seems to be one of the most decent politicians I've ever seen!

Yeah, my own father has insisted that Trump is 'more Christian' than Biden, but when pressed can only point to the R next to his name as evidence; however, he seems very confident that that is self-evident proof that brooks no further discussion. Essentially, Republicans (and those in their snare, I'm actually in Canada) consider their candidates to be good, moral, and religious _axiomatically_ merely due to their party affiliation, and the reverse for their opponents, creating a completely circular justification for their partisanship ("...they're good because they're our candidates because they're good...").
