EmpiricalPragmatist At the very beginning he hit a guy with a force strong enough to break the helmet he was wearing. I don't care what kind of tiny 0.5 cm gloves you're wearing that shit should hurt your fist.

It's fast because the strikes are short and close not because he's any faster than a boxer. A boxer looks slow because of the big gloves in the ring. Fast is when you have to rewind the tape to see it again and that's how fast Mike tyson was.
@shimizu67

@@superone5838 That comparison is ridiculous. Not going to denigrate Mike Tyson which was an amazing boxer. But watch his finger jab videos, he's arm distance away and no one can stop his punch, even with arms ready and up and expecting it. He is REALLY fast.

Hi Mr DK YOO !! I would like to know please : Are you practising only systema on this video ? Or is it systema mixed with ba ji quan, kempo, or wing chun ? Thanks for your answer
he is fast, so in a reall streetfight that guy is already prepared for 95%, btw sestema is like krav maga, i mean not the same but use similar technique, its not for attacks but for defending and then exploding to attack.. most of these masters are very down to earth and very respectful to people.. because they learn in the dojo its not for attacking.. does not mean that somebody cant use that technique for bad intentions...

This man has mastered so many "micro-tricks" its way beyond just physicality, it's applied physics, geometry and universal law. You can always imitate what you see, but you can't see the system of bone alignments and muscle contractions that properly generate additional power. He is highly advanced and condensed. #TrueArt
@sageonet

yeah,,,,he has developed internal power from opening all his joints. If all your joints are open, you can use the energy from the ground. It's the taiji principle that only a handful ever develop. He does internal exercises similar to qiqong in training. As long as he is soft,,,he's dangerous......if you can make him tense up,,,you have a chance
@gagaxueguzheng
2 жыл бұрын
He does a show for people who don't know how to fight. Just see what happens to him when he goes against Bradley Scott in December. He has incredible skill but he's absolutely no fighter. He can twitch fast and has accuracy but that won't help him anything when he goes against a pro. He'll either blame something for his loss or cancel the fight for some strange reason. If he fights, I hope he doesn't get injured. He has not the slightest chance and it is sad to see him think that he could really win. Delusional like many martial artists who never pressure test against a resisting opponent. I never saw DK Yoo fight and all his sparring videos are bad even in my eyes (and I have only trained 15 years of kung fu and some muay thai as a hobby).

You can’t use legs, knives, elbows, takedowns, shoulders, and offensive clinches in boxing. This is what 95% of the video was demonstrating. What do you expect from someone who doesn’t practice boxing…in the ring?

@@DocMustafa That he has the shittiest cardio and he turns his back to his opponent when he gets hit, he has 0 balance thats why Brad easily made him drop to the floor more times than a 14 yo. boxer

If it was an mma fight Brad would've mauled him to the ground considering how many times dk yoo leaned in too much everytime he tried to clinch and despite Dk yoo's supposedly speedy punches you would see how casually brad just slips past them and gets around his back
Would love and be honored to be trained by you!
Very impressive Thanks
Amazing...Bruce Lee used the same concept of relaxation to increase speed but i never could never seem anything like this.You se a fighter "breack dancing" in a a very lethal way...

@madjack821
8 жыл бұрын
Agreed. He is damn impressive in this controlled environment, but it would be interesting to see how he responded in a real scenario.
The power of DK yoo is in his stance. His foot is gripped on to the floor which gives him tremendous power with each strike. A normal 70kg person could do damage like someone who weights 200kg with no technique if the 70kg person uses the same hip and feet stances as him.
All you can say is Wow!!!
DK YOO IS A BEAST!!!
This guy is real! You can tell by the control he exercises over his entire body at all times, and by the minimum effort, maximum impact of the moves he makes. His speed is a testament to the minimal tension in his body while he is active and engaged in his surroundings. Very impressive!
I was looking for a real martial arts master for a long time. The form does not matter, MMA,jiu jitsu, whatever.What matter is the level of training, intense focus, body control, intelligent movement, speed, reflexes. This guy seems to be a rare exemple of true fighting mastery
Beautiful

dude nowadays everyone that will agress you know how to fight. at list know how to throw a punch. so you better throw real blows if you wanna defend yourself. if you teach yourself abit of boxing you have way more tools to defend yourself knowing that in most cases you can run or jsut give away your stuff. someone that will hurt you is coming to you to hurt you not to steal you

Nikeimizhong this isn’t about me, and I never said that UFC is a kids game. I was simply sayin that these techniques are more efficient than ones seen in pretty much every UFC and Boxing match. Not only are these techniques not restricted by rules, but they are also done in a way that keeps opponents from being able to strike you without having to block.
Dk yoo - der beste
