That ending hit like a train.... 🚂💨 😭😭 RIP
I think every child wants to hear “I’m proud of you” from their parents.
Rengoku's final smile literally broke me to pieces! He's always smiling but his smile when his mother said that she's proud of him is the first and last that I've seen him where he looks like a pure and innocent child. 😭😭😭
Oh God she's going to dehydrate in this one 😂
I love Inosuke in this movie. The guy who throughout it all refused to listen because he's the boss, was at the end the first one to take Rangoku's last words to heart. Thanks to that, he was able to pull the other two out of despair. A developement from the last training arc of season 1 where he was the one who needed to be motivated by Tanjirou to get back on his feet.
Rengoku was honestly a great character. He was a good mentor to Tanjiro and the others even for such a short time. Somehow they made that death feel so heavy and meaningful!
Respect to my man Rengoku but Akaza wasn't fighting with all his might he was holding back because he wanted to recruit Rengoku❤️
To think that Akaza wasn't going all out here yet.
You knew Rengoku was truly dying when he saw his Mother... the pain has been renewed once more...
Intresting fact about the 9th form: the name rengoku actually means purgatory or to purge, which makes sense considering how powerful the form is. This also shows how determined and strong willed rengoku was. Using his strongest form, despite all of those severe injuries. Respect to mah man rengoku, he truly set our hearts a blaze.
Holy moly, reactors that actually cut the footage in the right places?
Rengoku never had that conversation with his little brother but it was his happy moment.. So he tells Tanjiro when he sees him tell him to follow his path. This shit hit different
I think alot of viewers missed how epic the nightmare dream was. Tenjiro was so pissed off at the end of the dream that he didn't need to behead himself to break the spell.
By the way, Rengoku saying "Umai" actually holds alot of significance and foreshadowing. In old times warriors were taught to savor every bite of their food because it could be their last. Here Rengoku was savoring his last meal 😭
The Hashira are absolutely amazing individuals for so many reasons. I have my favorites after reading the manga, but I will always love them all. We’ll never forget our Flame Hashira. Rengoku was incredible to the very end.
Not shitty English dub, not much annoying crop in important parts.
Rengoku is a man with a strong sense of justice and burns as hot as a flame.
I salute Rengoku's VA ㅠㅠㅠ, The passion behind he gives on the last fight scene especially when Rengoku uses 9th form.
"Go ahead and live with your head held high. No matter how devastated you may be by your own weakness or uselessness, set your heart ablaze. Grit your teeth and look straight ahead. Even if you stop and crouch down, time won't wait for you or snuggle you and grieve along with you. Don't feel bad that I'm going to die here. As a Hashira, of course I would shield my juniors." Rengoku to tanjiro
As a manga reader who read the whole thing, when all demon slayer episodes gets animated, you're all in with a roller coaster ride of emotions my guy....
