In other countries, leaders have to speak every day in Parliament without a teleprompter, responding to rapid fire questions. When did the US President become a teleprompter reader? It's sad.

It's been pretty common for all presidents to use these types of prompters when giving important speeches. What's been unfortunate to see with Biden is his extreme lack of giving other speeches or talking to the public without them. Disappointing! Pass the torch.
