Came here after the Lady Emily video. This really is the best thing to ever come out of Demo Reel lol. a lot of effort and creativity went into this and it shows

Tbh i watched her videos and...she don't really analyze doug waler much except whatever everyone else says She did a good video on demo reel but when she started to focus on the #changethechannel document she just start to repeat what everyone else says ruining the good video

@@Chibbykins but problem is has others pointed out The document isn't that important if you really read it out As many lf the problems was either debunked or so minor is not really that bad The only bad thing channel awesome has done was hiding jewwario crimes which yes is a bad thing but that the only worst thing Yet everyone else makes it look like the charles Manson murders

Says a lot that the best episode of Demo Reel depicts it's cast as hivemind Silent Hill demons instead of their original characters.

I loved the sketches especially how they all tied into Demo Reel. It was also cool that Rachel was able to participate in this as well. You make a great host for this series and I love your Rod Serling impression.

I’m not a regular Channel Awesome watcher, but DAMN Doug’s acting in the first minute is shockingly better than the normal NC stuff I have seen! Can Walter direct Doug more?

I really like the camera angles and the lighting. I also like the colour correction, especially the mix between saturated and unsaturated in various scenes.

That aging effect. So simple, yet so effective.

I had to wonder if it was the same red/green effect talked about during the series, if so it's pretty cool to see that it still works in things created today

*Doug:* _(rapidly aging,)_ "What is this madness? None of this makes sense! How could I meet such an undignified end?! _Don't tell me..._ This is...!" _(The Demo Reel cast catch up and close in on Doug.)_ *Doug:* _"No! WHAT HAVE YOU WROUGHT ON ME, GOLDEN WIND REQUIEM!!?"_

Considering the backlash Demo Reel revived, it's very bold for Doug to be self-aware about what happened and how he's damned to be Nostalgia Critic forever (and after seeing many essays and reviews on the downfall, many people believed Doug really is trapped to bring NC forever.) And that's a very brave and bold thing to do, that I can't help but give very big respects on Doug for and making it a dark psychological story of Doug trying to out run his past. Not many KZreadrs admit their wrongs into their videos and make them a story point. Well done and once again, big respects.

Thank you very much! It was great to have Doug onboard to go along with this little storyline. While he didn't have any involvement in the writing or direction of these shorts, I was pleasantly surprised he was down to do all this when I brought the idea up to him. He's not afraid to look back at something he created from someone else's perspective, which I really appreciated.

This was so good! the lighting and Black and White cinematography is beautiful! I really would love to see you make a original black and white Film Noir movie. I think it would be incredible

It’d be neat to see the guys try something like this on actual film to see how much it can be improved. Sort of like comparing the filmed episodes to the vhs episodes.
