I love the way you explain things, I under stand a little better about scrapping. Scrap farm from New Jersey,USA, has a unique way to do copper motors & radiators even made a tool to pound it out . A sawsaw,vice,bar he made, hammer. Just watch one on copper...May give you a different way of doing it. I'm not trying to tell what to do ,just a suggestion . Saw it on U-Tube..Your doing a great job,keep up the good work.God Bless!

Hi Phil, I sure wouldn't want to step on any off those wire claps. That part of a demolition would be the best part to do as you get something to show for it. Hard work but very satisfying . 👍👍👍💙💚❤️🤗

Hey Phil, One suggestion. While working at demo jobs, please wear face mask. A lot of dust inside the house as it is under demolition. Dust contain fine powder of Drywall (Gypsum) and all the dust resting there for years and the metal particles from power saw cutting. Observed people working with out face masks. Please take care. You may not notice anything right now. But in long run, all the dust you inhale into your lungs will be a cause for concern. Note : Face mask is not something new only for Covid. It is for all work in dusty work place.

I wish there was a recycler for every part of a house. In the end you will have recycled 400+ of copper. Imagine if the whole place was recycled. A good future goal to attain.

I like old houses like that. Its a shame they are tearing it down. So many windows.

Hi Phil, I watched one of your old videos where you showed how to scrap mattress. I saw two mattresses lined up against wall. As you have so much garbage to dispose off, why dont you cut them open and grab the steel and leave the foam to be disposed?

I have lots of coper,and wire to sell,but we have problem Because we Are on Island Hvar,only 2-3 man is taking all scrap metal on Island,i have all videos on my Channel..

Looks like you can retire on all the wire in that house.

so you get paid for stripping the place and then end up with another payment from al the scrap?. do you never just spend like a weekend or something cleaning your whole yard up and ending up with a load of scrap to make a big pay day from? sorting all brass / copper ect and other metals into piles to weigh in
