It's incredible how much her voice changed in few years. She's got a much darker sound now than a few years ago. I like both though.

@@FiestaPotato Actually, her old technique didn't damage her vocal cords at all. Demi underwent a tonsillectomy (tonsil surgery), not a vocal cord surgery. Her old technique (as far as belting, one of Demi's best vocal assets, is concerned) was actually better than her current technique. This trend is quite common for singers who have undergone tonsil surgeries (Perrie Edwards' voice has developed in a similar manner; plus, both Perrie and Demi had their surgeries around the same time, give or take a few months).

Their vocals are incredible! Always so solid. They’re one performer I’d love to see live!

lucy 28 I think these ways based on the live singing if I remember the title but she can’t hit the high note live in Fall In Line she admitted that but yea how she replaced the note was amazing

@@nauticadye5348 she can hit that note she just needs a lot of time to practice it. Christina was like “I’ve heard you hit it before live” and Demi said “yeah cause I had a lot of time to practice for that”
