I love you demi! you are inspiration to women everywhere and I also have had my own struggles with mental illness, depression and anxiety that It really speaks to me that you are standing up for mental health. it's extremely important and it's true people don't take it seriously enough and don't look at it the same as something you can see on the outside, but it's time to change this and make others who have dealt with mental illness feel like we are not alone and should not feel ashamed because of how we are.

When I was in 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade everybody made fun of me because I had eczema it means I can not stop scratching and I poked a pencil on my risk cause I thought I was not pretty and I did not have any friends too but because I found out Demi's life she inspired me to know that it does not matter if you or beautiful or not because everybody is! I love her a lot she makes me smile and I am proud to say that I will be a LOVATIC. Whenever I see mean comments of Demi I will always say something back but every time I look at those comments I realize it is no use because there will always be mean people in the world. I wish I knew that before I hurried myself.😟

Being happy with your body literally means letting it go to be fat without any desire to look beautiful and desirable. And that’s something that leads to more lack of confidence or being mocked by those who can’t accept any shape of body except skinny... so it doesn’t work for everybody to feel comfortable in their own skin
