Does a click track makes the song easier? Or the way u play it

  • @teedrumz2019

easier in my opinion it makes it easier to do fills, u never get lost. music is suppose to keep an even tempo! and the clicks makes it sound more dope man. like u have someone hitting claps for u

Click track keep the tempo right no matter what. It fills in the gaps for the drummer. It also can expose a drummer if the timing is off.

It definitely makes it easier because it gives you more space to be creative, but what also matters is what you play on top of it!

Yeah, this don't do it for me anymore. Drummer is caught up in chops rather than pocket. I been a drummer all my life and been around many musicians and bands. Especially at a musical, musicians waiting for their turn. It's more of a talent show now.

The chops are in space and not over groove . Near hits and not on main beginning phrases . He never missed a single hit . Reevaluate where the chops are . Chops have such a negative light . It’s the popular thing to point out but it’s called soloing through the changes but he’s finishing with cymbal hits and similar kicks

@@user-rockmurf87 As most people who use internet forums such as KZread, your pathetically inaccurate assessment of me is totally misguided!..I am a commonplace church musician.. nonetheless, when I listen to music I listen for the 3 spectrums or elements of sound; highs, mids, & lows..I'm also listening for clarity..if there's a band providing the music along with BGV's, I'm listening 🎧 to see if everything is in its proper domain..if 1 thing seems to be out of place (based on the way I learned to appreciate music), then my musical sensors are alerted..unlike you young folks who aren't old enough to know what REAL MUSIC is SUPPOSED to sound like!..my original opinion of this vid was that the drummer was WAY TO BUSY (and loud) on the cymbols and high hat, because I had a difficult time being able to hear the other instruments and BGV's CLEARLY!!..now with regard to me sharing my opinion/s of vids posted on KZread, I will continue to do so regardless of what you or others think or say 💯% FACTS!!..
