A nurse and I were vibing at a doctor's office. My blood pressure was too high for me to safely leave the office. She was trying to help me with breathing techniques so I could get it down and go home. We came to find out we had went to the same junior high on St. Croix USVI, which is a pretty small island. Not only was she able to get me to be able to go home, the next visit to the office my blood pressure read 120/80 for the first time in years. I can't remember her name off the top of my head, but she is one BOMB nurse! She let me play this song to help with relaxation :)
