Was on site shortly after 8:30, the AC 300 was in position and not yet ready for use!
The reason for the use was that the third Tower crane that was built was supplied with the wrong tower piece. Since TDK 2 & 3 were the same height, they would have constantly gotten in each other's way.
The 'wrong' delivered tower intermediate piece was now provided for tower crane.
The AC 300 was complete at 9:30. built with HA 64 m; 71.8 t counterweight; 1-roll U. fl. 3 times reeved (G = 0.9 t).
Max. radius 42m and 8t load. The load table shows 9.7 t, gross!
The renovation started at 9:30. First 2 x 2 counterweight blocks, each 3.5t. This was followed by the 45m long boom.
Another counterweight block of 3.5t each to then lower the counter boom to the ground.
Continue to the cabin.
Now something special happened, namely the crane - the upper part was also lowered to the ground together with the 4.5m tower section underneath!!!
The 4.5m tower section, which had been provided vertically, was added and increased the tower height.
Now the special construct, then the cabin, the counter boom, then a 3.5t counterweight block.
This was followed by the boom, then the 2 x 2 3.5 t counterweight blocks.
Only the hoist rope still had to be attached to the boom tip.
The renovation was finished at 11:30!!!
Dismantling the AC 300 was also completed after an hour.
A special feature was the laying out and removal of the support mats using the TDK!
