Quantum physics is enough of a departure from hard materialism that it kickstarts people’s intuitive pattern recognition ability to be able to perceive the structure of the universe through the lens of their own subjective genius. Ken seems to be taking the math literally here and not seeing the more subjective implications. It’s not about “proving” mysticism. Consciousness does not need proof because you experience it directly (as opposed to objects, which can only be experienced through the sensory experiences we have of them, which are consciousness). Quantum physics gives us a bridge to begin understanding the nonmaterial operating system that emerges into physicality when it becomes separate enough. Once we have that bridge, subjectivity and objectivity break down, and the person’s own pattern recognition and discernment abilities can take it from there, as was the case with the many scientists who have seen fit to overcome their hesitancy towards philosophical and spiritual topics because of quantum physics.

It also seems a bit remiss to reduce quantum physics to probability equations and not discuss the implications of changing the outcome of experiments by observing them, even if you’re observing them in the future. Consciousness entanglement.

I agree, there are some babies being thrown out with the bath water here. ken is missing out on the magic of manifestation if he has not entertained the collective consciousness. That doesn't need to be through a religion. Like you stated, many a philosopher and scientist has understood something bigger. But without balance between rational and spiritual, you cut yourself off from the flow state. I've seen a video where ken seemed to understand there is a collective. However If that's the case, I'm not sure how he didn't connect the 4 Stages (to me, for me, through me, as me) of consciousness to the 4 quarks (2 dark and 2 light) that emerged to be the energy of all out of nothingness. I also can't understand how he can have the gnosis he appears to have without understanding of the fractals that make it clear "as above, below" or "within, without." Because if he understood that, he would understand that like a cell...we all devided from one. Conservation of energy does in fact mean we're dilluted, not deluded ;) and that quantum theories at least get the brainless thinker (what ken calls the witness) to understand there's universal consciousness in the interaction of waves which is why quantum wave particles are probabilities...too much shared dream info to know until measured.

Atheists get to lower enlightenment way faster without a spiritual shadow to overcome, but I fear they never make it to the top 1% due to a belief in the solely physical just as much as a theist who won't take personal responsibility by taking on the mantle of "I am."

'Have read all of them (books by the quantum physicists)'. What about Burkhard Heim whose works were written in other language than English meanwhile without electronic versions. Maybe Joseph Campbell as well? What if life itself is a metaphor? Meanwhile most people still won't ever comprehend that even with all those metaphorical myths and stories as reduced versions for the truth of life and ready for them? What if illness is a metaphor too, be it physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. Is it not life meerly our attitude towards it instead of all kinds of interpretations of them stemming from our fear-driven ego-self or the outcomes of it (illness).

As a Ph.D. scientist, I came here to criticize this person's statements on quantum mechanics. However, having listened to what he said, I can't really argue with any of it. The people who confuse quantum theory and mysticism are not typically real physicists; the confusion comes from "spiritual" people with a half-baked understanding of physics. "what the bleep do we know" being the perfect example of this type of nonsense. However, this speaker did not go there (to his credit). His statements are basically correct.

Good points . I recommend Tom Campbell and his work on the double-split experiments he is doing very soon. These are real science revealing how consciousness works with our Reality, and reveals the forces of the nonphysical nature of consciousness, as KW explicates. It's very exciting stuff. We are more than what we know. Peace!

The "physicists" you so casually refer to were Schroedinger, Bohr, Pauli, Eddington, Jeans and others. Besides being geniuses they were all philosophically sophisticated and scientists at heart. Despite what you say, they were not influenced by religious conceptions; their mystical inferences were in fact a corollary of their discoveries in quantum mechanics. It's a pity that some modern physicists are not willing to evaluate their claims seriously, and merely dismiss them with airs of false superiority without ever having read any of their writings.

@@danrezi I think it's inferiority, which is the same as false superiority. They know they are missing something. Or their parents loved god more than them. Envious but too arrogant to listen. It's obvious that the truly great minds are aware knowledge finds a host. That doesn't mean there's a god, but there is an antenna that picks up on the ether.

Mysticism vanished with using mathematics as an explanatory language. Also ancient languages such as Hebrew and Sanskrit are allegorical as opposed the more modern ones like Greek or Latin tend to be literal and logical. All about language!

What arrogance is there with the qntum physists? When i jextapose their findings to the mystic writings of Plotonius, Ibn e Arabi, Romi or those of Vedas and all other religious mystics i see quantum physics is just elaboration of them. There is need to write on this singularity. A very good lecture indeed!

Children come into 3D with full "adult" awareness - this not being their 1st lifetime - yet they can't express any of that, verbally. The body is new, the inner being or essence is ageless, eternal. So we all have experience of this though we don't likely remember it. It's not the mind that awakens. It can be seen more as a refocusing into our central being, what I call Heart (but that's just a word). So we move from head into Heart, now centering there. Heart just Knows. It doesn't need to be taught. The mind knows but Heart Knows - it's vastly different. The biggest thing blocking our awakening is what we think we know. They knew this long ago, for Sophocles said: _”What people believe prevails over the truth.”_ ― SOPHOCLES, fragment, The Sons of Aleus Just as none of our awakening can fit into words, it can't be grasped by the mind, either. Again, it's not the mind awakening, it's Who we are (as Source-in-form) remembering Its true nature, coming back to Itself. As the mind gets out of the way in the silence, the eventual emptiness we find, Heart comes to the fore & is Known. There's no longer an ego, an I "doing" anything. Things just happen. It's more like they do us. Someone once said that, if Source/God is the Divine Dancer, then we are not the Dance partner - we are the Dance Source does. ~♥~ PS We're not so much an "I" as we are an eye, an Eye of Source seeing from one particular perspective while the body lives.

Mediatation is the best way to have a Satori expereince. In that state, I become an antenna for Consciousness. Because we don't see it (consciousness) and cannot scientifically study it we believe it is not real. Like a fish in the ocean who cannot see water, We are blind to consciousness because we are surrounded by it. With practice, meditation helps dissolve the illusion that we are separate from that which surrounds us.

Foucault "episteme" does not encompass culture. It's the "zeitgeist" (a very rude way to explain it but faster) of a certain period of time. In "Archeology of Knowledge" he doesn't embraces structuralism. This is absurd. Just by reading his approach on Velazquez's "Young girls" it's easy to understand his methodology.

The Greek Gods are real and alive. They became mythical figures later due to social and political developments, and even to this day, they can be reached to accomplish a spiritual quest or to provide insight or guidance. Mary really was a virgin. And, Moses really did part the red sea. The garden of Eden is also a real story and the snake really talked to Eve. Except people don't know Eve was her daughter. In fact, the snake is the Cosmic Mother Goddess.
