Holy fuck, this is awesome. I’d like to play a game like this one day. Not even necessarily Deltarune related- just a game with controls that are as tight as this looks, with animations just as smooth.

That's gonna take a long long long time if it's gonna have more smoother animation just like this video.

A quick idea, in deltarune, you can attemp genocide, this route still leaves Susie a bully, because of always fighting. My suggestion is a ralsei boss fight, where after actually killing the king and getting exp, ralsei stands up for monster kind and fights you. After all, ralsei is the prince of the darkners

What even happened to some of the Darkner sprites? All you had to do was reuse ones that already existed for the same purpose, which you were already partially doing. This includes Kris's walking animations. They just look stilted, now.
