Do l need headphones for the binaural beats to work ? I mean, l know that we need headphones for binaural beats to work but maybe the delta waves work anyway. I can't sleep with headphones as l sleep on my side!

+Lynn Thomas To download the audio you visit the link in the audio description. From there click the "free - add to cart" button. This will add the audio to a shopping cart. At this point you can add more audios or select "checkout" The check page asks for your e mail and name, fill in this info and select the "free download" button. This will take you to a page with the download links. After x ing out of the donation prompt, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link. The audio should begin download. Just a side note, if you are using an apple device the only way to get the audios is download to your mac and add to iTunes and then sync with the device. Apple does not allow non verified downloads to their devices. I just tried this process for the audio and it worked for me so hopefully that solves it. Let me know if you have any further questions.

It's not "free" as stated above. $5 is no big deal but you might want to consider editing that. Nice vid.

The Downloads are controlled by a "Name Your Price" tool. The "suggested price" is $5 however with the name your price you can put in $0 to get the download for free.
