Delta plus 25deg (how the heating mechanism of a gas geyser works)

Gas geysers can only heat the water by 25 degrees celcius when running at their maximum flow rate. This principle is referred to as delta plus 25 degrees, delta being the incoming water temperature. Often people are under the impression that their gas geyser is broken because it is not reaching the desired temperature, but in fact it is simply trying to operate out of its heating abilities.
