Indubitably! What a voice!!

Australians run on pure talent. No auto tune, no miming... 100% pure

People forget she fought cancer at the age of 18. Just when her career was taking off.. She had Hodgkin's lymphoma and won and she hasn't stopped since.

Delta lost her voice when a tongue nerve was cut during surgery only 4 years ago. She had to completely learn to talk and sing again. She also suffered cancer when she was younger..I think this song is about her finding her wings to fly at last !

How scary! I’m sure she worked hard and it must’ve taken a lot of patience for her, but miracles have happened and God has given her her beautiful voice back. Not everyone could get it back to that degree.

Actually, her nerve was cut after the Wings of the Wild album came out, which was after this song was released. Paralyzed is the song I think you're referencing, which is about her journey through getting her voice back.

Yes it’s her song, she writes all her own music and lyrics. She’s Amazing!

This song is so damn catchy, practically anybody could’ve sung it and make it a hit. I’m glad it was Delta.

Delta is a phenomenonal singer but also an amazing song writer.

Her "Believe" is one of the all time great videos. The singing is great, terrific, but don't bother unless you show the vision.

I don't generally care for female singers, but I love Delta.

You just gained a new subscriber with me by loving Delta. Wings is my all time Delta favorite song. You need to check out some of her full live concerts. You would love this, during her Wings of the Wild concert (you can purchase from iTunes) she does an acapella mix with her band of, “Will you fall for me,” with En Vogue’s, “Don’t Let Go (Love).” It’s amazing!!!! But you need to check out Ronan Keating. On my! That man can sing! He was also a voice judge at one time. He was also with the boy band from Ireland, Boy Zone. They were good. One of the other members, Stephen Gately, was a favorite of Andrew Lloyd Webber. Yep! He was that good. Unfortunately, He passed away a couple of years ago. His death really affected Ronan and the other members from Boy Zone.

The album which this song is from is absolutely amazing.

So glad you love this song. Wings and Believe are my favourite songs of Delta. I meet her at the airport many years ago, she was running late for her plane, I helped her get her luggage on the conveyor belt to get scanned. She was so friendly and nice.

As Drkap has said delta had to learn to all again and has one others powerful angelic voices around definitely an Aussie treasure, Delta also covered a farnsey song at the Chapel and as always her voice was phenomenal

I'm more of a fan of her earlier work, even before she was famous. I had relatives who lived next door to her parents in Castle Hill many, many years ago. I remember listening to her play the piano and sing before she was recorded and feel in love with her.

Once again the USA and much of the world has missed out on Delta's superb talent. It's their loss...I can't understand why she hasn't been able to break through into the US market. Not only is Delta a fantastic singer...Her piano playing is out of this world. I have seen D in concert many times and every time she blows me away...
