sorry to ask, but does anyone know how do airlines decide what kind of airplane will fly a certain route? like if a 767 flies only a 2 hour route, wont there be so much fuel remaining after it lands?

Without any doubt, Delta is the best domestic US airline. The best lounges, crew and customer service above and beyond. And your attention to detail is amazing especially the info on the other flights in the background. But remember that Boeing first started production of the 767 in 1982, and the airline industry has improved since then.

I have to say, I love your way of filming these trip reports. I watched loads of trip reports from other reporters, but they talked during the whole of the video. I prefer to just sit back and relax the views rather than watching and listening to a person talking and filming themselves. Delta is my favourite airline, even though I have never flown with them. I love the fact that they kind of work together with KLM, my country's flagship airline. Thanks for your awesome trip reports! ;)

KLM is a very good airline company, specially for their premium economy, much better than their partners Air France and Delta

I always appreciate the information you provide on the other flights on the ground. It’s always an added bonus when watching.

Great flight on the Delta 767-300ER from BOS-ATL. Nice updated Delta One seats, The meal service looked good. It is always great flying in and out of BOS to see those awesome water views. Thanks for posting this really good trip report.

No, I have not flown DL One nor have I flown UA and AA in todays world. I flew them in their heyday when they really cared for and offered their passengers something special. Thanks for sharing your journey!

This seems ok. The view is great. The food looks good. I'm sure you had excellent service onboard. Nice trip to Atlanta, but I would be a bit disappointed going across the country compared to a seat in Mint. Nice trip report.

12:59 They typically fly this procedure in Boston. Noise abatement. Keeps the noise down over sensitive neighborhoods at lower altitudes. Another example of an airport that does this is New York Kennedy. RWY 31L in JFK has a climb procedure nearly identical in logic to this one on the video. Sweeping left turn out over Jamaica bay. In NY, commonly called the "Canarsie Climb." Pretty cool things behind the scenes of aviation!

Thank you for sharing your flight here. Yes, that was nice you went to the lounge before the flight to have a little meal with something to 🍻 drink. I like flying on the 767s to Europe and South America after the 777s. I like the space that we get on the long-haul flights. The US airline stop or retired the 747s so, the next two aircraft are left to fly long-haul.

Yes I try to hit the lounge as sometimes they don’t feed you :D It’s a shame that the 767’s are becoming rarer.

@@GenkisTravels Yes, I hear you as well. I still love the 767s here in the USA. And until the airline executive really start to retire the 767s, I will still enjoy flying on them. And yes, the 757s are nice to fly as well. And they, the 757s, can fly to Europe from the east coast as well they can fly to Hawaii from the west coast. So, that is the only single aisle aircraft that I would fly that far with. Finally, I know these two, the 767s and 757s are sister aircraft so, the pilots are qualified to fly both with the identical cockpit. That is nice!!!

I’ve never been to America but I would like to go there a few times at some point and I think I would look forward to flying with Delta if it is Delta that I was to fly with

Flew Delta One from MDT to CZM via ATL. It was on a 717 and a MD-88. Service was great!

I have never flown with Delta, and I think their First Class suits look pretty good for domestic flights. Best of all, this same first class ticket gets you lounge access.

The narrow body First Class is usually nothing crazy but the bigger aircraft are pretty comfortable. :) thanks for watching!

I’ve never flown on any Delta planes but I wouldn’t mind if I did but ANA All nippon airways Japanese planes have the best service and you will never go hungry in the slightest bit on an ANA plane as they give you more than enough food on there

I don’t really know what delta one is on Delta but I know that Delta airlines is an American red triangle airline

This actually isn't Delta One suites! None of the 767s have them - only the A350 and A330-900 :)

@@GenkisTravels the 767-400 had a modified version of that seat, although they don't (can't) call it a suite as its not fully enclosed.
