Weed isn't the problem, it's the lab produced garbage, people make d8 by converting cbd disti into d8 with chemicals. The main issue is that chemical not being removed in the end product, aswell as the hundreds of byproducts produced.

It's lame, THC0 was nice. Not sure how they make it but I don't feel any difference in the high tbh compared to others. Just a mild difference in feel or taste I guess. I'd compare banning this like banning pineapple from pizza because it's not a natural ingredient. Pizza is the THC and Pineapple is represented by 0.

Good thing the DEA couldn’t understand the laws 😂 and it’s actually still legal due to the “Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946, states that Schedule 1 of the Controlled Substances Act is amended "after 'Tetrahydrocannabinols'" by inserting "except for tetrahydrocannabinols in hemp". This same section defines "hemp" as the plant Cannabis Sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a Delta 9 THC concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis." As long as it’s under.3 delta 9 thc it’s legal says that law 👆👆

Hello! I can't say for certain, but based on what i've gathered, D8,D9,D10, and HCC are not going to create ketenes in the heating process because they do not have the acetate ester bond attached, if they do, it may be because the product contains traces of THC-O or other byproducts with the acetate. THC-O has been shown to have ketenes in the smoke/vapor. This is similar to vitamin E acetate, the original compound that was getting mixed with the THC oil on the black market years ago. Which brand were you using previously? and are you in FLorida? hope this helps!

I tried D8,THC-O, and HHC yet alcohol is so much harder on your system.

At 5:54 you showed the ketene misconception going around as if it happens every time you vaporize THCo. It only happens at high enough temperatures, which nobody is reaching when they do something like a dab.

Well apparently that chemical change can happen at temps as low as 380F… I’m not risking it, had a friend of mine a while back who was smoking sketchy carts and shit, ended up having a lung collapsed, had a full recovery and went right back to the boof though lol

patients can use ratio products (CBD:THC products) with a high CBD to THC ratio daily wihtout having to worry about getting high or developing a tolerance. staying consistent helps for sure

Usually the symptoms presents over time - generally, It is the continuous reintroduction of the heat and harmful byproducts to the alveoli and other 🫁 tissue - if one is prone/higher risk, over time the inflammation will accrue. So although symptoms can happen abruptly, it’s more so associated with longer term usage (3 Months or longer)

Not necessarily. the technicality is because of the acetate ester side chain, it is not found naturally. however, also because of this acetate ester, it makes the THC molecule more potent and bind tighter then normal THC so its been associated with the unwanted side effects. and now even more recently when its burned/combusted, the ketene metabolite formed is liekly due to the acetate ester, that is partly responsible for the respiratory dz. these findings were found in vitamin e acetate a couple years ago (the diluent they mixed in the vapes and everyone was getting sick) - i hope that answers your question!

Only in states that deem it illegal and there are only 11 states and 6 or 7 of them really don't matter and really had no use for infusions because they are legal marijuana states... Whats the point of hyping over Delta 8 when you can have Delta 9 naturally in the original baggage in the first place? It dose make sense to legal states because infusions take business away from the real deal. These infusion products are wonderful, but to be honest with you, these work around will lead us down the wrong path. Look at what happened with K2 a while back. All these work arounds can be avoided if they just legalize marijuana nationwide, period!

A combo 1000mg cartridge of THC-O and HHC-O is available in colorado springs at the CBDLife stores. Label doesn't indicate the percentages of each. The package has a warning of it's high potency and I concur. It's very cheap too, less than $30. Sounds like it's legal here.

To anyone who’s been reliant on THCO to get their fix when you can’t get the real stuff - I suggest ordering THCA “hemp” flower shipped right to your door. It is type 1 flower sold as hemp. They harvest and test the plants quickly before the THCA breaks down into D9 levels over .3%

Funny hemp can’t pass they .3 delta 9 thc but the “medical/recreational marijuana” Industry sells hemp to their customers violating the FDA law of mislabeling or misleading packaging. Section 501(a) and 201(n) I recommend looking into it, might be one of the biggest medical lawsuits in modern history if we keep making light if the situation.

They just made it legal on a federal level, meaning it is no different than a candy bar. Where did you get this information, you should take this down because it's cold and it did not pass. They actually acquired a way to sell it cheaper because of its regulation bees and monitoring cost, you need bodyguards basically or the cops when you are delivering marijuana to a dispensary and that's a lot of extra money, that's why you can get these cannabinoid so much cheaper because they are not taxed beforehand or after, they are but mildly. Anyway just letting you know they are legal now on a federal level. Which means as legal as it can get
