This project seems to be the cheapest Vills project compare to adjacent projects. I will be early waiting for your video on this project

Chandel ji.. I had seen this sector 2 years back and due to surajpur bird sanctuary, there were complains of snakes coming in houses frequently...

Because the actual owner of the property is Greater Noida Authority. So, if somebody captures your plot you just complain it in the Authority then they will take care rest of the things.

Noida, Greater Noida ki property mein Shop ho ya flat, yahan par kabja hone ka koi khatra nahin hai. Aap bus ek agreement bana lein 3 saal ke liye commercial mein aur 11 mahine ka Flat mein.

दीपक जी, जब मैंने इस पर विस्तार से एक वीडियो बनाया है कि जो भी ये छोटे बिल्डर फ्री होल्ड प्लॉट काट-काट कर बेच रहे हैं, वो सभी illegal हैं। किसी भी प्रोजेक्ट में अगर RERA नहीं है तो समझिये कुछ ना कुछ गड़बड़ है। अब मैं सभी बिल्डर के प्रोजेक्ट पर वीडियो तो नहीं बना सकता।

@@SAM-sn7fp Bhai phir rate bhi nahi bdega kabhi 300-400-500 meter ki building koi nahi lega aajkal,floor wise system ho gya to jahtt se bik jayenge floor ,jo rate aaj independent house/plot ki hai vo floor ki hogi.gurgaon dekho 1.5-2cr me ab floor aate hai. Itne bde house koi nahi leta bhai,mehngai hai, maintenance me bhi cost lgti hai

I think because it's more close to Delhi & Noida. Aap Delhi se jitna dur jaoge utne hi prices will decrease. Most of the IT/MNC companies are in Noida so Noida extension gets the benefit.
