I have the fully spec 5520 with 3060 and there is not a 2nd slot. Dell has also removed all mentions of a second slot from the manual and website.

But, I also wanted to know if dell g15 with 12th gen i5, ddr5 ram and 3050 rtx is better than asus tuf f15, which has 11th gen i7, ddr4 ram and the same rtx 3050. Basically, I’m asking if it’s a good idea to go for older i7 or latest i5. I’m open to any suggestions, thanks.

If you want to spend more, go for 3060. Or consider ryzen 7 5800h. And you can also go for Dell G15 5511 (i5 11400h + 3050 ti) at 78k

Agar victus me 100% sRGB hai toh le lo it will help. Except that victus is not good choice. Dell and Nitro are similar in performance. Like you said you need it for heavy usage like streaming games, so the thermals matter and Nitro mae thermals badhiya hai My pick is Nitro

@@neetuarora5873 yeah that could be a reason for your low fps count. Dual channel 16 gb ram will significantly improve the performance. You should also keep the laptop in high performance mode. Also check you internet connection. If the ping is not stable that can cause a drop in framerates especially in online games like valorant.

@@neetuarora5873 well you can create some power options in the control panel but you don't need to do that. All you need to do is press the G button on your keyboard. It should be at f9 key. Remember press the G button which is around the f9 key that will put your laptop in high performance mode. Also pressing the G button which is at ASDF buttons will do nothing. Try this for now Or else just upgrade the ram

Actually the intel 12th CPUs are beasts even the i3 and i5 come with great performance for gaming so if you want to stick to 3050 then go for i5

I bought dell g15. I would like to advice you all that although with these heavy processor and graphics card, you will get super performance but you will get battery backup of just 1 hour in just normal use. Heats a lot

Bro i5 12th gen processor beats even i9 11th gen Whereas A15 is i7 11th gen That's where most of the difference is. Still if you are just focusing on graphics card it's not worth it bro Cause 3060 is just 5-10% greater than 3050 .

@@zaidarif5500 bro, it has additional 2gb vram, it's obviously much more than 3050, there'll be more than 5-8% difference even between 3050 and 3050Ti.... And one more thing is that, for gamers GPU matters more, but u can't have a low spec one though (bottleneck issue), if it is upto some margin, that's enough
