    Issue ye tha ki Number aa chuka tha bas number plate nahi aayi thi. Dealer ne bola tha ki aapko kal gaadi mil jayegi with number plate. Lekin fir muhrat nikaalne ke baad 6 baje aane bola, isliye thodi behes ho gayi. Humne bola tha 3 din late hoga toh bhi chalega.Baaki gaadi mein thoda bohot scratches vagera bhi tha.

    I went to Honda showroom to look for city probably 3 years back, then the guy asked what's your budget, I said i am here to take test drive of city, then he said we don't have keys, car was available how come he would not have the keys, then he said you can take test drive of Amaze i was vexed by that time, at that point my brother arrived, point here is my brother goes branded from top to bottom, he took out 12 pro Max, that's when sales guy said let me call my team mate to get the keys, the attention he gave us on seeing the mobile was irritating, we left the place and bought another car.

Wo apne casual kapdo me gaye the joki normally pehnte hai , Salesman se attend hi nahi kiya. Aisa unke sath pehle bhi hua tha jab wo Activa kharidne gaye the. Dono baar same behaviour aur dono alag jagah hua. Aisi company ka product kharidke kya faeda joki apne customers ki kadar hi na kare. Honda "Uchi dukan fike pakwan" ka perfect example hai

    HSRP is required for new cars. You aren't buying a chocolate here. Indian citizens are required to purchase cars and abide by all applicable road transport legislation. I oppose this video because there have been so many instances of unlawful driving in India, and this is a very minor step towards making the country safer. The RTO authorities share some of the fault because they never instruct citizens in RTO laws and their timelines affects these dealers.

    Bhai HSRP is mandatory. Jyada hosiyaro mat maro aage pakde jao or muhurt police wala kar dega ghar jane se pahle. High Security Registration Plates (HSRP) For A Vehicle. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has made HSRP plates compulsory for all types of vehicles in Maharashtra, as per the revised rules.

    @@carobaar Bhai muhurat nikal gaya to fir aa jayega.... 2 months wait kar liye to kuch aur din kar lo.... every months bahut sare muhurat rahte hai.... vashan shubh muhurat, gadi k malik ka lagn, chandra dasha aur rahu samay dekh kar kabhi v le lo.... itna drama kyu..... Ghamand itna sahi nahi bhai.... Uncle bole tumhare jitne aadmi service centre me hai, usse jyda unke yaha kaam karte, aur gadi nhi to 2-4 gadi aage piche chalne ko de dete... aisi kya paise ki garmi bhai.... thora sabr karo...aur down to earth raho...barakkat hoyegi.

    I personally feel car delivery is more of an experience which indian dealer fail to understand its like u select a hotel room for some its experience to stay a day and nothing else for others its an experience to feel exotic for a day for which he is ready to shell out money....in this case the dealer failed in keeping his timeliness as he didn't get deep into what the customer wants and whats imp to him.

    They should learn from Nexa and Suzuki. That's why everyone buys Nexa products. I went to buy Altroz but ended up buying Alpha Baleno with 360• camera, Cruise control, Traction control and 6 airbags with better updated frame.

    HSRP or IND NO. plate is compulsory now, it has a number on the plate which is connected to chassis no. So they cannot hand over the vehicle without the IND plate, but they should have not called u if they had not received the plate. They are only supposed to call customer when the vehicle is ready with the no plate, accessories etc. aur mourat ka kya hi galti hai??! Dealer bolega 10 baje delivery lelo aur 10:30 ka mourat hai toh mourat ki kya galti? Some people legit lack brain cells

    They can deliver the car to you without number plate but for that they need to provide you a paper from the RTO but yes the dealership should provide you the number plate

    I hope dealers treat all customers the same, and not just selected ones. Don't blame Hyundai India for dealer's mistakes, it would be better if dealers and salesperson co-ordinates with customers and buyers. Blaming the manufacturers is useless thing

    Without numberplate gaadi dealer bechta hai to uska trade certificate cancel ho sakta hai. This is not legal that normal number plate be fix on new vehicle by dealer.

    I think costumer over react kar rahe h, HSRP plate compulsary h but temp. Number se bhi car delivery le sakte h isme itna issue karne jese kuch nhi hai, meri xuv700 ki delivery li to mera number aa gaya tha but plate nhi aayi thi meine A/F laga k delivery le li or one week wese hi chalya , r.t.o rokte h to unko car ki apply for ke doc dikha do , jane dete h.

    you were right untill your attitude of not comming back to the showroom for number plate attachment, how can you be so adamant that you cant even come to showroom after puja for some 30-45 min to showroom, this is pure stupidity and crass mentality at its best, we will go to rajisthan after 10 days but cant come after 1 day for 30-45 mins, bad attitude

    Customer galat Kar raha hai . Aise Mai bhi alcazar lene Gaya tha. They said 6 months waiting. Phir Maine NCAP test dekha. Within a month brought safari. Within 10 days Hyundai called me and said now alcazar is available . I m said I m sooorrryyyyy bhabhi ji ......

    Yea Hyundai walo ko hua kia, maximum number of Hyundai dealer aisa karta hai.baki dealer mai v hota hai lekin Hyundai mai kuch zyada hi aisa hota hai customer ke saath.

    Bade log choti gaadi nahi lenge? That shows the attitude. The more one grows in life with the Almighty God's Blessings, one must understand that the material wealth is not the wealth at all. May be a time being visible gadget. One day, we all are same. Just because someone purchases a single car from a dealer who has been for decades with brand and who has invested their sweat and bones including their respective employees, the don't deserve such nasty video. Instead, they would have opted to lose this sale to some used car fellow where this gentleman could have bought even bigger ,bigger bigger truck as he has to say so... Bade log! God Bless.

    making a big deal probably for a video lol...the RTO plate is now done by the showroom then you go to the dealership where some boys will put on the plate pretty simple really. that is the delivery day. and asking God for the date thoses days are gone if he was serious about the stars etc. then pick up the car when you want it will be ready.
