It is beautifully done. Not the biggest fan of the design but your work is stunning! I wish he gave you more respect than what was shown in the video. I don't know anything about this man but I am hoping he showed more respect to you and the work you put into this build than what was shown in the video. The least he could have done was put his plate down and looked at what was just given to him. You have true talent, skill and an eye for detail!

The table is fine, looks really good. But the pieces are ugly as hell, honestly it completely ruins the rest of it. Other than the fact there's 8 of the 'pawns' the pieces have no identity that tells you what the hell they are, why is the plane a bishop and the tortoise a knight? Why are the rooks some weird shape?

Would any one ever play with this though

There is only about 40 moves in an average chess game so it hardly would be much of a workout.

The chairs and table are better than the pieces and that is sad! The worst part, all the "so called" craftsman had to do was take a CLOSE look at past --REAL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SETS -- then try to do better----and --NO--different is NOT always --better and this video proved that!
