Delicious Sooji(Semolina) pudding recipe for 6month+

Take a bowl, and lovingly add one spoonful of sooji into it.
Gently introduce a bit of ghee to the bowl, allowing the flavors to meld.
Place this mixture into the microwave oven for one minute.
Once the oven stops, carefully take the bowl out and stir the contents, ensuring the sooji and ghee blend harmoniously.
Repeat this process 2-3 times, each for 30 seconds, until the sooji is perfectly roasted and attains a delightful reddish-brown color.
Now, take a pan and light the gas. Place the pan on the flame, and transfer the roasted sooji into it.
Add milk, watching it blend into the mixture, then add a spoonful of makhana powder.
Stir continuously to achieve a well-mixed consistency.
At last, add a touch of jaggery to enhance the taste.
This is optional, and for an alternative sweetness, you may add dates according to your preference and availability.
Once the delightful pudding is ready, transfer it to a dining bowl.
Allow it to cool to a desirable temperature before feeding your child.
