I love an omelette! My favourite is bacon, mushroom and onions. Cooked in the pan then under my gas grill to cook the top. Perfect! 😊

Yay - some food videos again! Maybe you could do some meat based BBQ recipes, with different seasonings and flavours maybe, during the summer - I for one would love them! x

I made a omelette in the air fryer it was yummy

Love that cheese it’s what we always use

I always finish my ommeletts under the grill the top goes lovely & crispy.

Looks yummy, if you hadn’t added milk it would have been firmer so would have stayed whole xx

hi guys hope your all well. i seperate the eggs whisk them up fold into yokes, add other stuff cook in pan then finish top off under pre heated grill. maybe you could try sometime see what you think, keep up the good work always like the vids you do. take care

I have started watching Dr. Baker who is solely carnivore as well. I'm not ready for the total plunge but am watching what I eat now and allowing myself an occasional treat. I'm right in the center of menopause as a t2. Martin, keep doing what your doing, it shows!

I've always cut my omelette into 4 to flip it, as I like it well cooked. It's so much easier and quicker.

Hi Martin and Sharon, you can't beat an omelette. My sister told me years ago to make an omelette don't add milk .If you have scrambled eggs add some. It was when i first got married and i didn't have a clue. I wish there had been KZread in them days. But each to their own

What a lovely omelette l love Spanish omelettes with peppers potatoes tomatoes bacon etc but your bacon and cheese looks lovely l have never made one in an air fryer if l do what temperature and time do you recommend your pans look really nice

That is a good idea to cut it, I normally do the top under the grill, my daughter does lovely ommelettes that rise, mnmm, she puts a lid on it.

I also noticed it when you were walking on the beach in Scotland with your son in law Ben. Well done. I have today bought in groceries to start the Keto diet as against the Carnivore diet.

Good luck with it. You'll feel the benefit in a couple of weeks time. Just break the addiction from carbs and it is plain sailing after that. I no longer miss any of the foods I once craved.

Sorry Martin why are you using smoked bacon? It's processed meat bud don't go near it mate. Use unsmoked bacon instead bud, streaky bacon is the best chum.
