Gina, yes as a child I grew up on fried bologna, with melted cheese, lettuce, tomato and onions with pickles with mayonnaise and mustard on toasted bread. Gina remember that bologna song 🎶. My bologna have a first name it Oscar my bologna have a second name it Meyer, I like to eat it ever day and if you ask me what I say, because Oscar Meyer has a way with bologna 😂.

I just made some couple weeks ago.

I love fried Bolognese with cheese and petite Kosher dill pickles on the side...mmmm mmmm mmmm...but I never use any type of grease in my pan, I use a dry non stick skillet.

I like it with mayo on both slices of bread with salt and pepper. I like it with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion slices, and cheese. I like it with just mustard on 2 slices of bread with salt and pepper. I like it with mustard and potato chips. I like it with mayo on both slices of bread with lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese. And mayo on one slice of bread and mustard on the other slice of bread with lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese. Sometimes bread toasted and sometimes bread untoasted. And sometimes just take the wrap off and eat it like it is.

I will make a meal out of add some rice an gravy😊

Gina... I'm 50, grew up on bologna, but I never ever liked it at all. I love all your meals, but there's no way for it to taste good to me. Several years ago I was in jail overnight on a traffic ticket, and I gave my sandwich away. I feel bad for prisoners who have to eat that an the regular. It is nostalgic, though.
