Try baking just until set and still pale, not yet golden. Then they are not dry, and they are soooo good.

They were always called Mexican Wedding cookies, since our neighbor, when my parents lived in Tuscon,AZ, was a Mexican. She made the absolute best tamales also! I'm going to try this! My parents moved from Tuscon early 1990 and Mom passed in 2017 and I never got any recipes

I love wedding cookies I'm going to make these for Christmas❤ I made your pumpkin pie and it was delicious. I watched some reruns while you were gone😊 I am so glad Curtis is feeling better. Hello Celine I’m so happy your here and enjoying the channel ❤️ For self rising flour I wouldn’t suggest it cause it has leveling agents in it and the cookies don’t have any leveling agents in them I truly hope this helps and thank you so much for watching your truly appreciated ❤️
