Ingredient 材料:
White rice 250g 白饭 250克
Water 460ml 清水 460毫升
Salt 1tsp 盐 1茶匙
Corn flour 60g 玉米粉 60克
Tapioca flour 65g 木薯粉 65克
Plain flour 100g 普通面粉 100克
Water 100ml 清水 100毫升
Cooking oil 1tbsp 食油 1汤匙
Garlic minced 2cloves 蒜末 2瓣
Preserved raddish 1tbsp 菜脯 1汤匙
Fish cake 鱼饼
Egg 1 鸡蛋 1粒
Water 1tbsp 清水 1汤匙
Dark soy sauce 1/2tbsp 黑酱油 1/2汤匙
Oyster sauce 1/2tbsp 蚝油 1/2汤匙
Light soy sauce 1tbsp 生抽 1汤匙
Chilli sauce (optional) 辣椒酱(可以不加)
Salt 1/4tsp 盐 1/4茶匙
Caster sugar 1/4tsp 细砂糖1/4茶匙
Bean sprouts 豆芽
