INGREDIENTS
(Chocolate Cake)
Flour - 250g
Cocoa Powder - 50g
Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp
Baking Powder - 2 Tsp
Milk - 60 ml (1/4 Cup)
Milk Powder - 2 Tbsp
Vinegar - 1 Tsp
Butter Or Margarine - 250g
Sugar - 250g
Egg Yolks - Separated From 250g (Without shells) "Approx. 5 large eggs"
Egg Whites - Separated From 250g (Without shells) "Approx. 5 large eggs"
Coffee - (1/4 Cup Hot Water + 2 Tsp instant coffee).
Vanilla Extract - 2 Tsp
(Frosting)
Butter - 100g
Cocoa Powder - 20g
Icing Sugar - 250g
Coffee - (1 Tsp Hot Water + 1 Tsp Instant Coffee)
Milk - 2 Tsp
(Ganache)
Milk - 50ml
Butter - 1 Tbsp
Chocolate - 120g
9x9 Inch Baking Tray
BAKE @ 170C For 35 - 40 Minutes
