Hi, I followed this recipe and it worked perfectly. I used the condensed milk instead of eggs, as you suggested. Everybody liked the taste of the cake. Thank you for the recipe. I have added it my recipe book. I am going to use it to bake eggless carrot cake from now on. Please add more eggless recipes.

Since you use condensed milk,how about the step of beating the egg with sugar?Skip it and just mix the sugar with other ingredients?I would love to try the eggless recipe.
