Ian Hayden I think it’s because Tasty’s main audience is American, and American food already takes a lot of influence from European culture, whereas Asian food is generally unknown. Also I’m pretty sure Tasty has done some Hispanic food, like Brazilian desserts and taco variations.

Ian Hayden I didn’t mean to say America includes European food, just that European food is more widely known. For example, Italian food has become a staple in America, along with French pastries, other sorts of food that I can’t think of off the top of my head. And tacos was just something I thought that wasn’t inherently “American”, even if it isn’t Spanish.

Hey, it’s a great video but Asia is a huge and diverse place. I think it would be better to be more specific about the region since these are all (I believe) Southeast Asian drinks. For example, something that’s South Asian (eg Indian) is very very different from something that’s East Asian (eg Japanese). Since Asian regions are large enough on their own to be compared to Europe, it’s important for distinctions to be made. Sorry if I sounded a bit longwinded, have a nice day everyone!

Some tips for better milk tea boba, first try using a instant coffee machine thingys and put tea powder in there and follow the similar coffee process, or if you really don't care a lot about a just bit of powder in ur tea and you wanna make it fast, put some water and tea powder in the microwave and then filter out the powder there will be just a bit remaining. Also try soaking the boba in honey, it makes it mire flavorful and absorbs it better.

With vietnamese coffe you should add one more spoon after you put the lid with jones, it will slow down the liquid dropping rate and make it's flavor stronger and deeper. Vietnamese coffe with vietnamese style.

Kscape actually, for some types of tea (like black tea for example), boiling is the best way to get all of its flavours. It depends on the tea really.

Condensed milk instead of sugar syrup for Thai tea yields a tastier result! Also straining through a cheese cloth is essential to not having those bits of tea leaves end up in your mouth.
