@@fonteneauaccordeons5976 In which way? These two instruments seems similar to me 80 bass, 60 buttons, inside is similar. Is there a difference in quality of reeds or mechanics and reliability? And which would you recommend? Still both I can buy as new. I would like to buy a small chromatic accordion just for fun and for myself and I'm deciding between these 2. Thank you

Hi @vitsick I dug deeper into this topic. Since there is a visible difference by manufacturer and overall design, the inner design is so different it cannot be seen but partially heard. Desing from Hohner is more French like accordions with stepped buttons on bass side, and thumb rest also, a little more compact then Delicia and has a bit sharper sound. There is also difference in left hand which bass chords have high octave, but you can configure it on new instrument from Delicia too. Unlike Delicia, the Hohner does not have a wheel for adjusting the bass belt instead has velcro. Hohner has a thumb register switch but you can order it in Delicia too as well as different reeds (Czechmade (Harmonikas, special or a mano) or Italian). From several people I've got info that Delicia Sonorex should be more durable and reliable instrument than Hohner Nova. Difficulties with these "Chinese" Hohners begins with reeds which are more flatter and can make weird noises and continues with mechanics mainly on the left hand - it becomes stiffer after few months of playing (experience of one shopkeeper). Overall I would recommend Delicia, it is fully customizable instrument on lower budget. There are also way expensive similar models from manufacturers such as Mengascini, Piermaria, BalloneBurini etc. But this instrument is really perfect for beginners.
