Lets Make Delhi’s Famous Chole Kulche
Ingredients
For Matar
250gm White Matar(White Vatana)
Water as Required
Salt to Taste
1/2 haldi
For Green Chutney
2 cups Fresh Coriander
1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
Salt to Taste
3-4 Green Chilli
2-3 inch Ginger
Water as Required
For Tamarind Water
1/4 cup Tamarind
Hot Water as Required
1/2 cup jagger
For Masala
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1/2 cup Chopped Tomato
Fresh Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp chaat Masala
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Black Salt
Salt to Taste
Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp jeera
For Tadka
2 tbsp oil
Some Sliced Onion
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
