punugulu and ponganalu both are different Punugulu batter is made from urad dal and rice, usually without fermentation. Ponganalu batter is also made from urad dal and rice but is fermented for a few hours to develop a tangy taste. Punugulu are round fritters fried in oil, while Ponganalu are small, round dumplings cooked in a special pan. Both snacks are seasoned with salt, onions, green chilies, and served with chutneys or sauces. In essence, while they share some similarities, the main differences lie in their names, fermentation, shape, and cooking methods.

Without Nilofer and Nimra and Gokul chat it is not a hydrabadi street of food . You skied the Hyderabad jewels and iconic places

In my opinion there are better options then Nimra cafe for tea. Pista House is definitely my go to place for tea. Also I really like tea at Nawaab's

You missed the original streets of the Hyderabad guys 😢 If you had left Hyderabad completing this video, without trying "The Original street's street food of Hyderabad" I pitty you guys 😅 You missed a lot King of chat - Gokul chat, For tea - Nilofer & Nimra, At charminar - chicken 65 with parota, pista house haleem, mohabat ki sarbath, khova jalebi, lassi, milan's shadood malai etc are few to mention, Secundrabad's alpha bakery, Haleem - Cafe 555, sarvi, lucky, pista house, etc... Original ram ki bandi, Krupa Tiffin etc.... To enlist every place and snack it will take hours. If you are still in Hyderabad or planning to visit again check out the atleast few mentioned OG places.

10:00 In Maharashtra we call "Ugani" as "Shushila". It is made by soaking puffed Rice into Water and then removed the excess water and then it is added into Tadka😋. I hope this information will be useful for u😇.

A similar dish to Uggani and bajji you can find in hubli Karnataka. It's called girmit and mirchi. You guys must visit northern side of Karnataka and try some delicacies there!

Uggani bajji is not your typical Hyderabadi street food guys. It is more of Rayalaseema style good (Non-coastal part of Andhra Pradesh). Most Hyderabadis wouldn't know Uggani bajji if I am not wrong.

You should visit Amritsar for authentic punjabi food and chole kulche
