Having to go into those places are soul destroying. At our one, where you signed on was right next to the waiting area so you heard every word between them, usually it was them shouting at the customer telling them they didn't do enough job searches for that week. It's hilarious that the jobcentre refers to members of the public as "customers". It's not Sainsbury's or Thorpe Park. They are people who have the misfortune of being unemployed and vulnerable in a corrosive, rigged capitalist society so have to rely on government crumbs every fortnight. If they're not frogmarched into that demeaning building for their scheduled humiliating interrogation by cold hearted drones, they will be sanctioned and thus forfeit said rations. They are not customers, they are victims.
@kenforshaw8901 Жыл бұрын
They look like a load of goons, another auditor who was filming at a job centre had the police called out to attend and the police lady had no power to remove him , but the JC staff said he was unlawfully filming but once the auditor showed the police officer the letter from the DWP which said that auditors are allowed to film in the JC then the police could do nothing and then left after advising the JC manager and she was pissed off to say the least.
@beakytzw
Жыл бұрын
Yeah that was PTTP. He had them print the policy out and the Manager quoted only the parts that suited their needs, but PTTP then asked for the document and then read out the rest of the policy that covered him being there and filming. The cops up and left.
@QQ_241
Жыл бұрын
This has happened twice with PTTP the first place printed the policy the second more recent video with the pissed off manager. Great saga to be following, I have been at loggerheads with the DWP PIP and U/C who have an unwritten policy to disengage with (ie hang up on) anybody they become aware of who is recording calls. I have written to them asking for the policy and to explain why they treat the most vulnerable in society with discrimination towards anybody exercising their rights as this will invariably will be causing preventable suicide. They haven't replied and are refuse to engage with me at all. It's a very similar situation.

@@stesrad (THIS IS NOT A RELIGIOUS RANT - it may look that way until you read beyond the mention of Jesus) things have gotten worse and I have a very good theory as to why. This may sound like a random tangent so bare with me a second and humour me. It's all because of Jesus and the second coming!! Told you, but hear me out, Jesus changed the course of humanity for the last 2000 years based on a pack of lies, the internet has changed the course of humanity for the last twenty years based on a whole pack of lies being debunked by incontrovertible truth. The internet I think is the second coming (I am not religious, I have a tattoo of a burning church on my wrist!!), but the internet HAS changed humanity whether we like it or not. But the unfortunate outcome of that is that we have been conditioned for the last twenty years to know that we are all being lied to about just about everything and we have all become accustomed to expecting bad/poor/corrupt or no outcome over scandals and abuses of power/people/animals/the environment. Unless unearthing scandal makes a difference then humanity is screwed and we will forever be powerless (sometimes brainwashed) subordinates. The most painful thing is to watch others suffer at the hands of abuse knowing nothing can or will be done. So yep, I DO think!!

@@stesrad well....the simple answer to that is in the past things mattered to people more. The reason I was in the mindset today was I watched a video of LBC radio talking about whether it mattered that Boris Johnson was caught in the middle of a sex act with his mistress in his office whilst he was home secretary. Of course it matters but nobody seems to care. Of course that would be career ending for virtually anybody else in public office. If a teacher was caught doing that with another teacher in a locked room at school that would be career over just like the Police officers caught out doing the same with vulnerable abuse victims in the disabled toilets at their nick. This is the other point, there is the expression that certain people should be held to a higher standard, professional drivers, police, politicians etc etc but nobody expects, or gets, that now. We all expect corrupt outcomes and it's what we get. I don't have an answer other than the utopian naïve dream of a populist uprising. What about you? Do you have any thoughts on a solution? It's a book length answer to address this properly, divided we fall for a start. A populist uprising would mean uniting everybody in a common cause. But we are all so "diverse" (divided on purpose) these days that uniting ten people over one issue is almost impossible.

But then we are left with a wishy washy outcome to this format of auditing JC+. They either will or won't allow you to exercise your rights with or without violence or police involvement depending on the postcode lottery of where you are. I have been trying unsuccessfully for about 2 years now to hold the DWP to account for enforcing unwritten policy about recording public servants on the phone and some days I don't have the fight due to physical illness, and this could be the reason PTTP didn't wish to let them go down the hands on route. But the DWP are getting away with treating the most vulnerable among us with utter disdain, contempt and in the case of physically man handling people, with (unknown to them) disabilities for behaving perfectly legally, in a criminal manner which could very easily kill or injure somebody in a life-changing way. It's actual bodily harm and for people with or without a mental health disability can cause preventable suicide. I appreciate that is an extreme example but preventable suicide is on the rise.

This has happened twice with PTTP the first place printed the policy the second more recent video with the pissed off manager. I have written to them asking for the policy and to explain why they treat the most vulnerable in society with discrimination towards anybody exercising their rights as this will invariably will be causing preventable suicide.

@Brian Mooney Oh dear.
Jesus these public sector works are thick!!
Unless your going to bring that civil suit against them for threat of violence...you got owned on this one. The other places could get you out the same way and if they know you dont do anything.
so funny all this time and effort to find jobs for 3 disabled people and 500 people a day sail in with no intention of ever working
If it wasn't for the unemployed ,,there would be more unemployed ,,look at all the workers they employ to help it's endless 😳
How many security guards do these places need , welcome to the uk
What a mob!
The tatoos I'm sure are part of the 'macho' intimidation for some security guards
You should have tried to sign on!
I had hoped them goons would of called the police, so they could get educated on public photography.
Job Centres are so hapless in dealing with these pests filming 1. Have a sign Access by Appoints Only 2. Secure entry into premises 3. Just refuse entry, don't engage, don't debate anything they say, effectively go away, game over
Enter the Karen's
5:40 There are some signs saying no recording devices. Yet they have QR codes everywhere. Either recording devices are allowed, or the QR codes are fake. Or it's just a sign to stop the majority of sheeple from using their phone's camera to record the incompetence of the DWP staff.

@@cowardsallaround98 You really should stop ... you are making yourself look silly.
Their ignorance is beyond belief
Jobcentre is a soul destroying place. Their requirements are equally borderline bonkers. My friends kid has to send out 43 cv's per week and needs to show 12 replies from businesses in 2 weeks. His problem is... Businesses never reply to blind shot cv's. It's incredibly rare to get a job from a speculative letter and cv

Security!
Good job. Keep our workers accountable.
have you honestly got nothing better to do than go round job centres and repeating the same thing over and over. lets be honest, who is going to go up to a window and look at the information on the screens. no one xxxxx
Clearly those Karen's don't actually understand GDPR nor does it seem that they care
I think the job centre near us shut their blinds
3:55 So he's spying on you and seeing what you are videoing. If he's only allowing videoing for looking at job adverts but not other things then it means he's spying on your activities. He cannot do that.
As much as I enjoy your skill in making your case to the simply ignorant security and staff, I am enjoy , even more, when you provide follow up in the form of legal action or written response from the management of these facilities that you are allowed.
Security 1: Auditor 0
You saved all 4 of them a heart attack great job 👏
It's like getting your medications at the pharmacy. You can see on your screen which one after I tell you I need one refilled, which one it is. "Sir is that the Lithium or the..." "Yes that's it thanks for letting everyone know the 6 foot rule isn't enough to make it to where they can't hear."
They've got lots of QR codes on the board that encourage photographs..
Surprised that PTTP did not stand his ground
this video shows just how stupid some public employs are. they should be replace with some of their clients.
Seems outright intentional doesn't it🤔
Is it in the job description that security have to look as if they are pregnant?
Does anyone know anybody who found a decent job from a jobcentre? They are called "Jobcentre" because "Jobs centre" is untrue
A disgraceful show of ignorance, they have absolutely no idea, please follow up and get them sorted. One of the fools actually waving at camera at the end.
Don't tel them what the police will or won't do just let them come. Its best because they can educate them on the laws as you have helped them to shove you out the door themselves!
11:25 - Karen section K part 12 - when two Karens combine and agree on misinformation the Karens have absolute right to create their own laws which must be abided by
G4s man at jobcentre just told me that he doesnt actually work there when I asked him if he could mind my phone!
Hope there will be an update to this one, with regards to gdpr response and threat of violence

“Not much matches Mansfield” thank God!
They should be getting on their hands and knees saying thankyou for encouraging them to be more efficient, not throwing you out.
Why do these job centre's have so many security?
How many GOONS? job centre or prison? Imagine the cost to employ them,sad times,more money wasted.
Love your videos man and you got a bigger pair of balls than 95% of people and you probably had better things to do than wait an hour or more for the police, but you could have easily taught them all a lesson by having them call the police like in your other amazing audit, which they were in great need of. They would have considered you being 'forced out' by security to be a win and confirmation that they are correct regardless of what you said. May your amazing work continue. Best auditor out there.
Oxford dictionary definition of a Customer: a person who buys goods or services from a shop or business:, If you are not buying anything out of the job centre then your not a customer are you???
Scams at the job centre!!!
The porky bird with the wide awake frock on made me laugh
Security was all over you like "blowflies on a cowpat"! Our version in Australia is called Centrelink, and security there is non existent, as it should be.

@Brian Mooney Security has been needed way before auditors, for a couple of reasons... 1. People who are idiots kicking off because thats the type of person they are, 2.Nice people kicking off, because DWP can drive people to desperate measures. Its been known for people to even set themselves on fire after dealing with the DWP.
