What can you tell us about Bent Oaks Estates in Deland??

Estates at Bent Oaks is a very nice neighborhood featuring large, reasonably priced homes. Homes in there have sold, in the last couple years, from $350k to 535K. I don't think there's anything currently on the market in there. It's a smaller neighborhood within the Bent Oaks Subdivision, which may have some homes currently on the market. I believe Estates was built first, in 1991-93. Bent Oaks has a little more variety and was built from 94-2004. Do you have any specific questions I might be able to answer for you? By the way, It would be very interesting if you made a video about the new Sunrail station in Deland, FL and what construction projects are planned in that area. I have heard that there are many projects planned around the station for the near future. Do you know about this?
