Also remember.....there are clubs and an activities director at Del Webb. We lived in the Ocala Del Webb and they had over 50 clubs available to join and many activities put together by the activities director....day trips were popular.

very interested in these communities, but difficult to hear since the background music is stepping on your vocals. Needs a much better mix. Start by reducing the volume of your background sound on your next released videos.

I wanted to hear what you had to say, but had to stop watching. Actually, taking a trip down in Feb to check out Del Webb LWR, and a couple others. Del Webb expects you to offer more than what the sale price is stated for, even if nobody is interested in the house but yourself. People have said they bait and switch.

Background music too loud for me to listen. Sorry. Old ears can't pick up voices against music.
