@java_sucks Well, as far as what's been shown, he has no quirk to speak of, but there was a theory going around that he might have had one but before he or his parents knew it the doctor told AFO about it and he took it from Deku. Like how the shiny guy only had a quirk thanks to AFO giving him one because of his rich parents and the doctor used his position as a doctor to look for quirks that would help AFO or that he would find interesting.

In all honesty. One for all is made up of multiple Quirks but it is worth remembering that the super strength Quirk was not built into the power originally. I like the haircut. It makes sense. the running gag was that Deku was very plain looking. This new haircut gives him an edge and paired with the scars...it makes sense. It looks like he's been through things. In anime, a personality change is visualized by a hair change. Deku's is no different. His black-and-white view of what makes heroes and villains are has broadened and this haircut works imo.
