Don't be worried about crying, I was BIG sobbing 🤣 from the part with Koda, so u can imagine how I was during the apology. The part where you said people who were bullied wanting the sincere apology: exactly. All of his friends said what he needed to hear but he's been waiting to hear that from bakugo for YEARS 😭 it ended me. Like, remember he was just happy sitting next to bakugo and not fighting?? Oh, but if no one said yet, that's Thirteen. She was there on the first attack on UA, with the space vortex fingers ☺️ Eta; omg, the BATH 😂😂 I was cracking up cuz kaminari is the first person who was that close to him so he definitely smelling all of THAT Thanks for the reaction! Needed to see someone else be emotional about this ep 🤣🤣

Been waiting for bakugou's apology to be animated for a WHILE NOW!! They did amazing with the visuals, voice acting, music!! All were able to work together to bring a very special moment to life. And dw I was crying my eyes out when I heard Bakugou call Deku, "Izuku" and caught him. Lol

Oh and some parallels you might have missed: The ice ramp was similar to the Kamino incident, where they saved Bakugou. Deku in that event wanted to be the one to save Bakugou. But let Kirishima was the one to reach out his hand. And now this recent episode, Bakugou wanted to be the one to reach his hand. But he let Iida to take it, as he was the best suited for that final part. I also wanna mention the similarities Bakugou and Deku take from each other. When Deku is under pressure, he wants to win. His desire to win takes over his desire to save. While Bakugou under pressure, his desire to save overcomes his desire to win. It's cool to see how the switch up their ideals.

Katsuki was brave and sweet and caring at the moment when he made a sincere apology to Izuku, and actually calling Izuku by his first name and catching him, it shows that Katsuki deeply and truly cares for Izuku, he wants to support Izuku and be there for Izuku it's a true friendship, it made me content to see this sincere apology coming from Katsuki. It was such a heartfelt moment between Izuku and Katsuki. Katsuki loves Izuku like a brother they love each other, I love the bond Izuku and Katsuki share with each other and I love the two childhood best friend heroes. Izuku means a lot to Katsuki. the scene is so beautiful and heartfelt. I hope Katsuki and Izuku remain Childhood best friends forever and their bond is so special.

Wow I'm just....sobbing all over the place. I'm speechless every time when it comes to this scene. When it first came out, I was over the moon ecstatic. Katsuki is so well spoken, so mature, so sincere with Izuku. I was riding high on my happiness from the apology for WEEKS. Of all the amazing things in this season, This was the one that I was looking forward to the most. I had a HUGE smile on my face the whole time watching it

You are not alone trust me! Yeah it really makes it clear to us and Deku that he could not make it this far without the help of his classmates. The same way he was there for others emotionally + quirk wise. You definitely should be proud of your babies 😄

I had all the emotions too. I'm gonna watch it again tomorrow. I loved all the call-backs too! The actors have been so in their bag this season. Both the dub and the sub. This may be the best episode of the show. Horikoshi really dug in the crates and put the best callbacks in here. I LOVE how much Midoriya is admired and loved by his classmates even he ones he doesn't hang out with all the time. Ugh love love love this episode. And of course the apology wrecked me too. I know you all watched the season finale this week so you'll be hearing from me for the next two weeks. Teehee! I loved Deku's little vulnerable face. That's my baby I just want what's best for him!

I can't wait to watch this episode in dub with The Normies channel. You're so on point, the call-backs and the voice actors were just amasing. Hahaha I knew that he apology would wreck you since you love the bromance between Deku and Bakugo so much! I was beyond wrecked as you could see 😫 Deku was so shocked by that apology that he forgot for a moment how exhausted he was. you could see the relief in his eyes and that he officially won that friend he always wanted! @@sami_sy Yes and the way the scene switched from baby Bakugo and Midoriya all the way up to now and actually used baby Bakugo's voice for part o the apology had me WEAK. Like it's one thing to read it but to HEAR the voice change which I wasn't expecting for some reason, GUT PUNCH. Yay! I'm not much for Discord because I'm an old lady but I may peek in. :D

Todoroki was right at least in saying both that this is what AFO wanted, and that Deku needed a Plan B, as what he's trying to do now just isn't working. But he's too tired to realize any of this and is trying to rush finding Shiggy and AFO.

AFO for sure wanted to seperate him from his people and he knew he would fall for it since AFO has dealt with a similar person before (All might).

Although that wasn’t Wash (the laundry guy) I think he is also just a guy in a suit. This episode was SO MUCH! I think your feelings were pretty similar to Shoto’s in that you started off 100% done with Deku rejecting his friends and only got more done from there. It’s an interesting contrast because while one could view Deku’s behavior as selfless, not only are they all hurt by it but Bakugo, Shoto, and Shoji are offended by it. Shoji asking if they’re just objects to him got me.

I had no CLUE he was also a suit!! 😲 I've been living a lie this whole time lol Yeah I really felt insulted as if I was one of his classmates when he said "You can't keep up". You could see it in my face. Rightfully so, it was included in the few words Deku uttered. When he said sorry for saying that.

Mind you, the conditions had to be right, otherwise it still wouldn't have worked, but Ida was the only one who had a chance of getting Midoriya to listen. It wouldn't have worked with anyone else no matter how the conditions are. And it parallels how it was Kirishima who got Bakugo to listen back in Season 3 (and both was at Kamino). (And its similar to how Dimble was the one to get Mob - in ??? mode - to listen to Reigen in MP 100 finale.)

Do you mean because of the effect that line Ida said has on Deku? Because if Bakugo's body could handle that insane speed, I think he also could get Deku to stop and come down. Woah that's such a dope parallel with it specifically being Kirishima who had to hold Bakugo's hand back in season 3 😍 Cuz otherwise bakugo would have been humiliated. Kirishima had to be rough and use signals only the two rowdy bestfriends knew...so that he could feel cool while escaping!

@@sami_sy That's is part of it. I think it's also because Ida bonded with Deku in a similar way Bakugo bonded with Kirishima (both of which happened soon after they all started school at UA. Finally, its also because Ida was in a similar mindset during the Stain arc, and Deku and Shoto had to stop him. Now Deku's acting like this, and now he, Bakugo, Ochaco, and Shoto leading the class to snap him out of it. (It also helps that, as Bakugo said Ida's build for speed, more than anyone else, lol!! 😂)

Yeah physically the only one built for that speed and catching up was Ida. I just love the parallels between Kirishima/Bakugo and Lida/Deku. The fact that they did not take the predictable route which is Bakugo. Horiko chose to explore the layers and story lines created a long time ago + hiding Lida with the acid. Giving us a dope plot twist 😍

I was a little worried when you didn't upload yesterday so I'm glad everything is ok! ✨ MAN this episode was just really heavy. Midoriya's voice actor did a killer job selling his emotional state throughout this arc and it really shines in this ep especially. Deku really looks/sounds like he's having a hard time and it's so sad to see, especially since he's usually so bright. I get what you're saying about Bakugo's voice actor too 😂 dude's talented as hell. I've heard him in other animes and his range is insane, he can go from being super gruff as Bakugo to being super soft-spoken in other shows. Dude's crazy. Todoroki too - Todoroki's voice actor is SUPER popular in the japanese VA world; he voices Eren Yeager in AoT too! Both of them have incredible talent. The animators flexed HARRRRD this ep! So many cool effects. Really impressive work from the minor stuff like facial expressions all the way up to the quirk combos and attacks. You can tell that this is an episode they really wanted to spend time on and make sure it looked good. Seeing all of Deku's classmates tell him how much of an effect he's had on them got me in my feels 😭 all these things that were just Deku being himself, he probably didn't even realise how much it meant to people. I think that's part of the reason he struggled so much with going back to his classmates in the first place - he's so used to being nice as a default that he didn't realise how much everyone actually liked him. It was nice to see even the 'minor' characters say their piece to Midoriya. It shows how much he means to everyone. You said "You've been there for everyone, Midoriya, let them be there for you once" and I think that's exactly his issue. He's so obsessed with keeping people safe that he does it at the expense of his own wellbeing - he doesn't even realise that his classmates are perfectly capable of looking after themselves and even out-doing him. "Boob Girl" 😂 LMAO. I love this show but I forget peoples names too. The amount of times I've called Tokoyami 'Mr Bird' isn't even funny at this point. Yaoyorozu KILLED IT with that capture device tho. She always manages to do something impressive. LMAO Kaminiari said "Bro you're NASTY rn. Go take a bath and chill OUT." Sometimes all you need is a bath, a meal, and some sleep to make you feel better hehe. Very interesting that Deku's danger sense isn't activating for his classmates even though they're actively attacking him. Really shows that the quirk only works according the the intent of the people attacking him - none of his classmates have malicious intentions and so danger sense doesn't alert him to their attacks. It'll be interesting to see how that works with other situations in the future. MAN they didn't have to bring in the 'You Say Run' theme song for this emotional scene 😭 that song always gets me. MANNNN YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I CARE ABOUT MIDORIYA & BAKUGO'S FRIENDSHIP & CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT. Bakugo's speech had me WRECKED. This episode was too much. So much development and effort from Bakugo just trying his best to reach Midoriya after all of the hurt that's happened between them. I feel like it's been a long time coming and Bakugo has wanted to share his feelings for a while, but this is the only chance he's had to do it. Bakugo's obviously grown a lot, and while he's probably always going to be kind of an asshole, it's clear he's changed a lot as a person and learned not to be so hurt by Deku's place in his life. Agin, Bakugo's voice actor is incredible and really killed that emotional scene, and the animation showing them at various stages throughout their lives really killed me. HE CALLED DEKU IZUKU 😭😭😭 WHAT AN INCREDIBLE MOMENT FOR THEM. They've grown so much as friends and rivals and I'm so proud of the changes they're going through. And don't worry, I cried like a baby the first time I watched this LOL. I get what you mean about men not being as able to show emotion, but it's something I've been working on a lot and at this point it's much easier haha. MHA has had me in tears MANY TIMES this season alone. Nothing wrong with getting emotional, especially in such a heavy episode/scene. MAN Bakugo really impressed me this episode. He's grown so much and is obviously working really hard to get through to Midoriya in a way only he can. I can't wait to see where their relationship goes from here; I hope they continue to grow as friends and overcome all of their issues. LMAO the person close to the end is Thirteen; the space suit hero (I remember them mostly from USJ arc). I didn't expect to have them reveal their face in this ep at all, but they're super cute! MAN it's brutal that the citizens are so afraid that they won't even let Deku (who is a KID) back into where he'd be safe. No wonder Midoriya is having such a hard time - he's been working so hard to try and help people, but no matter what he does, there's always gonna be people who don't want him around, through no fault of his own. I get why people are worried, but it sucks that Deku doesn't have any safe place to go where he's 100% welcome. LOL I'd like to hope that Bakugo has been to therapy, god knows he needs it, but I think it's likely he's just been learning a lot from Deku, All Might, and his other friends over the last year or so. And he's learned how to communicate his feelings from there. Their bond is so special and as close as they both might be to their other classmates, I think Midoriya and Bakugo are gonna be unmatched - they're so special to each other. You made a lot of great points this episode and I couldn't comment on them all, but it was a lot of fun to watch as always! I'm excited and nervous for next week ✨ (also, discord server when? 👀)

Oh I created a posted to update you guys on saturday, but I assume it did not reach or notify all of you. Yeah life will happen sometimes, but I will always guarantee to communicate it 😄✨ Todoroki and the menace Eren's VA just won best VA in the crunchyroll awards I believe 👏🏻👏🏻 So talented! It makes sense now why his "cries" in the middle of fights (for example during the wat when Dabi was coming down screaming ENDEAVOR) always hit me hard!! Hehe I feel you when it comes to how the classmates made you feel. You could see my demeaner change the moment Koda started talking about the principle and Deku being allowed to come back to school 😂 I literally say comoon let me just enjoy the fight/animation and don't get me in my feels!!! RIP "He's so obsessed with keeping people safe that he does it at the expense of his own wellbeing" Yeah you just nailed it. If Deku had a twitter bio, it would be that lol Hence why, Bakugo ends his talk by saying we need to save you from yourself now so that we can save us all in the long run. I honestly think the choice horiko took with the plan to catch up to deku was a message to Deku and us all that team work and a well executed plan CAN keep up with OFA 100%. I know that deku was tired but he still gave it his all with FAUX 100% and Ida (+others) not only kept up but he even passed him...needed to hold to him in order to stop hehe I just love that it lets me know that All might's OFA, Deku's OFA and even AFO is not the end all be all. It is not holier than thou, if you know what I mean? It gives me hope that even all these 3 could be stopped if normal heroes brainstorm and combine their quirks 🔥🔥 Lmao Mr Bird is hilarious. @@sami_sy Oops, Thirteen has she/her pronouns, but her gender was sort of a mystery for a while (the original localisation used both 'he' and 'she' so it was confusing LOL) so I still call her 'they/them' out of habit 😅 Ahh Understandable about the discord! I'll wait patiently 'til then! I keep forgetting that season 6 is ending soon - it's been such a good season that I don't want it to end D: that wait for season 7 is gonna feel sooooo long. But you're right that being able to discuss/nerd out about it in the meantime will make the waiting easier 😊

The reason why the danger sense didn't activate is not bec deku cares about his friends, it is bec his fri love and care about him, they didnt want to hurt him they just want him back so the danger sense didnt feel any bad intention from them. That VA won my heart in season 3 when Deku was fighting Bakugo and Bakugo's voice kept cracking while screaming + getting emotional. Especially when he kept on saying NANDE... NANDE...... NANDEEEE!!!! Oh that makes sense and I like that the danger sense works like that. Does that mean that Stain did not have ill intentions in episode 22??

I'm tempted to watch this now, but I'll see you in 2 weeks when I get to watch it 😆 I just watched your Lady Nagant reaction and loved it as always. If you wanted to watch it by just taking in the dope animation the dub just dropped yesterday fyi.
