I see luffy as more to be the suitable pirate king why dont you make luffy and izuku rivals and almost equal like roger and white beard izuku's fruit is saru saru no mi ( monkey king ) right and luffy's fruit was the hito hito no mi sun God nika what if both of these fruit have a strong connection and both of its past wielders of these ancient fruits were once a God who roamed the world and moreover they were rivals who love to fight each other and the five elders feared these two as they were part of the void century and this is all that i can say just make luffy and izuku rivals/equals and great story btw and this is only my suggestion and keep up the good work:)
