The green-haired brother is PsySurge, and he has a stronger version of Inko's quirk. The red-haired brother is Temporally, and his power is time manipulation. The one with brown hair is Chronicle, and he can see the future. I know it was a bit difficult, but at the end of the video when you see the brothers you are kinda able to tell who's who.

Yeah, that was so cool and cute. I enjoyed the the brotherly love , and it was nice to see someone be on deku side. It was funny to see shaggy just slapped away like was nothing.
