A very inspiring presentation, many thanks. The clearly set out steps, implications & even causes for success or failure were very helpful. It would be great to see a video of "before & after" photos and/ or videos after 12 years of these projects. I think that would also be deeply encouraging and inspirational. Perhaps such a "before & after" video is already available elsewhere ? If so please give details of where it is available. Thanks.
