At 16 my dad gave me the lost and found album by Deitrick Haddon. I was misguided and was a choir kid so I kept that album on repeat because his vocals were unmatched to me, at the time. But now at 35, I understand that his music was ministering to a young girl that lost her innocence and mom to murder and was hurting. I just couldn't articulate it. But Deitrick's music cried out, in a way I never could. And now his music from his multiple albums flood my home. Today, It ministers to me, my husband and my two beautiful children and helps support the legacy that my dad started by introducing me to such a gifted follower of Christ. It is the Glory of God that makes deitrick who he is. And I'm grateful to now share that glory with my family. God bless the Haddon family and his supporters.
