That’s how you coach. Right there not just about what’s going on on the field. If you’re a coach, you have to understand that these guys are looking to you for leadership. And when you have a guy like Prime at the top showing the young one what to do and how to do it, it’ll lead to success. But if you’re not in all the way and you allow distractions (like a cell phone)to pull your focus away, that’s when you fail.

@Zack from the North coach is conveying to them that this opportunity to help a lot of them get a better life then what they currently have or their family has, requires full focus. So while a cell phone might be insignificant to you, if coach puts rules in place saying you can use the phone during the game, then you follow the rules. There’s plenty of professions in the world that don’t let use phones during work. So this just instills to them you follow the rules or you GTFO.

@@ChrisGoldie I could care less if you don’t agree, some of you guys come here to prove a point just to sound educated or that you have common sense. As I stated the cell phone can make you successful but there are a lot of people who are not successful because of using your cell phone. He never said that football could be your only way out he said in this moment right now this can change your families and generations. So you watch the whole video and still ignorant enough to not comprehend what he said in that moment. So to the point that you picked my coming out just to prove a point and you were still louder wrong. He never say it’s only football can change your life. And a football can be there only way to make sure they succeed and then he’s nothing wrong with that. I guarantee you sound like you or anyone else you know watch the NFL in some of your greatest athletes make multi million dollars have changed their family lives just buy playing football. It is nothing wrong with it. Sport is the most watched entertainment in the world. You agree with me but you want to be combative and have a response for everything. Let me know you have some issues with being heard as a kid. This conversation is over. I said what I said and I meant what I said and what he said was great and sensational in his point still staying. If he was a white person he won’t even be having a comment but because of black me and said what he said you can’t give him his just do a move on from it.

That’s how you coach. Right there not just about what’s going on on the field. If you’re a coach, you have to understand that these guys are looking to you for leadership. And when you have a guy like Prime at the top showing the young one what to do and how to do it, it’ll lead to success. Deion Sanders played in a different era. There was no TikTok, Twitter, IG, etc. He made the hall of fame because of his natural born talent. Had he been playing now...I'm sure he be on the phone like everyone else.

That's sad how true this is. “This is the only thing you got going that can rescue your family”. People deserve better.
Coach prime moving good out there man. That foot is healing up nicely.
My Sis was on the Ms Gulf Coast....she said when Prime hollerd that out.....She put a message in a bottle & threw it in the Gulf 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Amen Deion. I can't believe how people even my age (over 50) are so locked into their phones all day, every day. It's al around us. These people don't realize they're fully addicted and have completely lost impulse control. And I'm unfortunately talking about a large percentage of the population here in the US. Big corpa has us all right where they want us.

You know they love to show off. Gotta treat em like kids coach i remember my sons coach got a lock box before you stepped foot in that locker room all phones went in and if it was an emergency the parents had a coaches number to call.
I'm sorry 🙏 coach, I'm sorry
I never liked Prime growing up, but man he's got a fan in me. Rooting hard for him and these men. He's looking to change generations. Props.
This almost made me put my phone down and comment on my laptop 😥🤣🤣
Dion is teaching these kids the sad truth . There are levels in life. Those who choose to reach the top will sacrifice
So totally agree. Told kids if I saw anyone on a cellphone during rehearsals, don't bother coming back the next day. Always someone behind you ready to step in.
I accidentally threw my phone in the garbage
Deion: "I wasn't on my smartphone in the locker room back when I played!" Player: "Smartphones didn't exist back when-" Deion: "SILENCE!"
Coach Prime don't play about those phones!
That attitude and demeanor is what made Coach Prime great! Only a few of his players will get what he is talking about!
Now I'm scared to check my phone!
👏👏👏👏 Love it. Good Job Coach!!
Prime Time baby.
Coach, i almost threw my phone out the window on the highway. I love it FBA
I’m pretty sure those cops were scrambling off screen to quietly slip their phones where Primetime couldn’t see them lol.
At that point if you get caught with a phone after his previous rants you don’t care about the culture and you got to leave. I left my phone in the car during my fire academy. My career and reputation came first. My wife and kids had the cadre emergency contact info and they knew I was off the grid from 0530-1800.
I feel bad for the man who’s phone was connected for the music. 😂😂

Do you know how many 16-25 year olds touched ova 6 figures last year off the internet? I get what prime is saying but a cell phone can most definitely bring you success. Its jus a lot of bs to get to that. But you can say that about anything?

The reality of it is most of them will never play football again after college having a device that allows them to capture the moment is a blessing you either got it or you don’t the top programs only recruit dawgs and they let the dawgs be dawgs because they gone ball out regardless and work they best when they are in savage mode

@@PJ-hs5gl you must of missed the part where i said i get what he is saying. That means i agree. And football should not be the only way they can supprt their families generationally.
Thank you coach Dion thank u 🙏🏽
As a former player, once I touched the locker room getting ready for game day activities my shit locked in my bottom lock until game was over
He's 100% correct. He certainly didn't come up with a phone in his hand and he can yell all he wants. 99% in that room will never come close to achieving what he did.
As a teacher I can feel you coach Prime.... Like us you sir are an educator. A teacher, coach and mentor. We all feel your pain!
